Air Plus HVAC was as good as all these Yelp reviews say. Amazingly, they were able to get somebody out extremely quickly in the middle of this heat wave (when some other places were booked for 2 weeks solid).
Darlene was great about communication, from tracking down and getting my hard-to-obtain thermostat to assuring me that all her technicians were vaccinated and wear masks and shoe covers.
When he arrived, Raz assured me he was vaccinated, and he always wore shoe covers and a mask inskde our home. He diagnosed the problem, they ordered my wireless wifi thermostat, and he installed everything

Oh man, these guys really helped us out when we were in a nasty spot. During the last heat wave our AC unit crapped out, and the temperatures in our house were soaring above 90 degrees.
Tadeh got back to us right away, but rather than send us a message stating "We'll come over, but there's a $60 service charge that can be applied to the cost of the repair" or some nonsense, he actually tried to help me diagnose and possibly fix the issue over the phone. I mean, when you find a contractor who actually takes the time to troubleshoot the system before coming over and charging

I would highly recommend this place! The technician showed up on time, called me beforehand to tell me he was on his way, and even went out to get me a missing part to fix my issue. He fixed my nest thermostat instillation quickly. Would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Tadeh was very friendly and easy to communicated with. He responded promptly and was professional the whole way.
Darlene was friendly and professional as well. Pleasant to talk to.
Vanik was the *superstar* as a technician. He came on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed it within a few more minutes, and cleaned up afterwards. Very competent, friendly, transparent, and efficient. I was impressed!

They are most professional in my recent experience with them. They had unfortunate equipment accident while doing maintenance on AC unit. They accepted full responsibility, fixed damaged parts and waived all costs, including labor and material. They behaved very professionally and made sure that customer is fully reimbursed for inconvenience.
Kudos to them. Their service coordinator Darlene Meyers and Service Technician deserve full credits to make me feel important as a customer. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I decided to get rid of our old heating system and install radiant heating. We heard good things about it – it was noiseless, clean, and most importantly we didn’t have to make any new space for it. Our friends told us about Air Plus, and we decided to try them out. Well, we were more than pleased by their professionalism and work ethic! They definitely knew what they were doing, and the prices were totally affordable! We’re so glad we decided to go for radiant heating, especially since having children. Air Plus was great!
