He could have changed my entire furnace when my heater failed, but Instead he opted to try and save me money by replacing the control panel. Our 20 year old AC went out mid summer heat. Had a guy look at it same day, said it needed to be replaced. New system and parts would take at least a week. I Called Nadav, he came out ASAP he somehow was able to make work for the time being. In the mean time we discussed and planned for new AC system. I am so impressed by Nadav and Air Planet. Roughly about a week ago, we determined that we needed a new HVAC package unit on our roof. I interviewed 4 companies and spoke with a few more, and even though Nadav was the first person I met with, I knew this was the right company to choose from the start (but did my due dilenegnce of meeting with the other vendors just to make sure my gut was correct). As the President of our Condo Association and an individual homeowner. I am fortunate to have found this HVAC company , Nadav in particular. They are knowledgeable , honest , responsive and professional. Nadav and his team assessed our buildings main A/C Cooling tower , which was not properly working . Nadav was very responsive to my request for service in the weekend. He showed up immediately after my request and did a thorough job in diagnosis in a professional manner. He quickly identified the problem for my malfunctioning compressor and replaced the faulty capacitor. He recharge the system with the new refrigerant to the desired psi and clean up the condenser coils. My AC is functioning again to the specs and cool air was resumed beautifully. He’s been out to my house a few times over the last 3 years, and if things are a small problem he’ll fix them then and there and not over charge.
It’s difficult to find trust worthy companies and I have been impressed that he has gone above and beyond to save me as the customer money, whilst doing a great job.
I’m so happy to refer him to anyone I know as a realtor, the world needs more good contractors!

Great company. Met up with Nadav and he checked through my whole HVAC system. Very reassuring and knowledgeable. I liked that we didn't get up sold on anything and actually offered advice to promote better output of our system. With summer about to start, of course our AC stopped working. Nadav came to our rescue! Not only was he very professional but also very knowledgeable. Especially during this pandemic of the Covid19, he came fully prepared with a mask and gloves.
We have had this issue twice before and each time that we had someone come out to fix it, it was either get a new system or it would work for a week and then stop. Not only was Nadav able to resolve our problem for good, we are so happy and impressed with Air Planet that we recommend it to all of our friends and family!

A few years ago, in the middle of a hot summer, our AC went out. We contacted Air Planet and Nadav was able to schedule an appointment shortly after. The problem was on the outside unit, where our family's young pitbull was.
