By ALL means stay away from this company. The service tech that came is very rude and treats you like a 2 year old.
We had to use this company through our home warranty. Our issue is that there is no freon in our unit as there is a small leak somewhere. We all know that freon can last forever if there is no leak. This company has come over 3 times within the year and their bandaid fix is to add more freon and not locate the leak and fix right. They find the fast temporary fix. Working now with home warranty for a different AC company. Just telling you to use another AC company if possible.

I am very pleased with the work that was provided. First off let me say that with this COVID-19 I asked the guys to put on shoe covers I bought. They did with out any questions. Second the work was not covered in my home owners insurance. So I had to come out of pocket understandable I said yes and ok the work. Upon completion of work something came up and part hat to ordered it was and when they received it it was fixed Robert talked to insurance people and had them cover the part so I only had to pay the first part of the job. NOW THE PRICE WAS GIVEN TOO ME WAS MORE THEN WHAT WAS CHARGED I WAS

Call someone else. AC broke on a Friday. Was referred to them by warranty company on Monday, they came on Tuesday and said that they would be back on Wednesday if they could get the part, that they would call and let us know. No communication on Wednesday. Thursday we call them, they have located the part locally, but can't come on Thursday- will call after end of day with an updated time/day, no call as promised. We call them Friday, they now claim they don't have the part and should have it Monday because it has to be shipped??? Then they said the earliest they can come in Tuesday,

I would go without air before I let this company on my property again. Waited a week before they showed up in 100 degree weather. He was there for 5 minutes and told me there was no electric to unit and that Main Box had no breaker for the unit. I told him that was inposible because the unit had run for 15 years. He told me I was nuts and there was no way this unit ever ran. He then left. I'm not an air or electrical guy, but I looked in the main panel and saw a 40 amp breaker. It was flipped, so I reflipped it and the air conditioner went on. I've got another air company coming out to

Please don't even bother with this people. The one in charge or the owner is very rude and very unprofessional. They sure don't know how to treat customers. They will leave the work unfinished And tell you they won't serviced it anymore . There great showing up the first day you call them but after you have to be on top of them to finish the work. And when you call them that lady who answer the phone Rachel is very unprofessional as well. Save your time and call another company who is more responsible and respectful to customers.

I just had Bob out from a call to my home warranty. I received a call from the company within an hour of reporting my AC issue to the home warranty company. Bob arrived, was extremely courteous, diagnosed, and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. I really can't say enough about what a great experience it was. It's a shame that we can't trust so many companies out there. I hope you will give this company a call.

We recently had our air conditioning unit and heater replaced by Air Boss. Bob, the owner, gave us a great quote and explained everything thoroughly beforehand. His installers, Michael and Robert, showed up on time and completed the work in less than a day. They were courteous and professional and left nothing for us to clean up when they left. Bob handled the permits and they were completed within a week of installation. We are so glad we had the work done before the hot weather arrives. We would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling installation.

Air Boss came out and potentially mis-diagnosed my AC issue. When I had a second opinion, the new AC company wanted me to ask Robert (AIR BOSS technician) some questions about how he arrived at his diagnosis. However, after almost 20 calls to Rachel (the owners wife?) I never received a call back from Robert or an explanation for the diagnosis. Additionally, they wanted to charge for a Title 24 and permits to fix a leak. Their quote also included almost $400 for electrical and copper modifications. In my opinion, this company is a rip off and I could never recommend them

Terrible customer service and misdiagnosed the compressor issue. when I tried to call to have the technician tell me what trouble shooting issues he took , he never returned my call and wouldn't talk to the other technician to tell us what trouble shooting steps he had taken. Numerous calls went unanswered and the female who answered the phone was useless and claimed that she had no control or any idea where her technicians were or if they would call. Horrible. Supposed to be dispatched via home warranty. The gentleman who I spoke to twice harassed me about what my ac problem was, even though he never stepped foot in my house. They called back to threaten me saying if I didn't schedule an appointment the home warranty would charge me. Absolutely rude. Scam artists. I will never use them or recommend them. My home owners warranty company sent these people to my house, to check why the AC unit wasn't working. They were on time, and AWESOME GUY ROBERT had it working in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their AC unit! Steer clear of this company. They were dispatched by my home warranty company. Showed up to the initial visit without equipment needed to run proper tests to diagnose why ac was not blowing cool air. Came back to run test over weekend, told my husband what the issue was once they came back a 3rd time...was but they would not be taking job as it was requested via home warranty. The guy blatantly told my husband that If a home warranty wasn't involved they would be charging us 4X as much. Home warranty directed me to air boss. Reading their reviews made me apprehensive; however, my experience was outstanding. Technician showed up within appointment window and was very friendly. He took him time to troubleshoot, inspected attic connections and found loose connection for ac unit one. I asked him to check ac unit two and found thermostat wired incorrectly and inoperable needing replacement. Tested both until and all working now.

Robert was dispatched by my home warranty company for my AC unit. He spent less than 5 minutes here and when I asked questions he got agitated and rude. I was trying to understand the process and he should have answered questions without making me feel stupid, which is what I told him. He then said "I don't know what you're talking about!" In a loud angry voice, then refused to come back again to do the necessary tests. I am so dumbfounded by his lack of respect for the homeowner and just general rudeness!

Avoid this company at all cost. Rude, poor customer service. Will gladly take your money and do nothing in return regardless of how many times you call. If you use a home warranty company and they assign this vendor to your home, refuse them. They get paid the service fee and never follow up with paperwork. 45+ days and counting without a response to resolve the issue with out dryer.

I was supposed to have this company come out and evaluate my problem I was having with my AC unit. The guy Robert who I spoke with had no intention of hearing me out on my urgency to have someone come out sooner. Then on top of that he told me I was "lucky" to even have an appt so soon and not wait another 2 weeks! Absolutely poor customer service so glad I didn't wait around for these guys!

Did not try to sell me things I did not need, did not over price condenser or heater. Robert is very nice, and his employees are very honest, very respectful to your home and your family. Instead of just rescheduling (which I would have been fine with), he got loud with me and said they couldn't wait around for me all day. He kept cutting me off. When I could finally get a word in, I told him he was rude and that he kept cutting me off and to cancel the order from the homeowners insurance. He cut me off again, and he said "no, you're cutting me off."

After reading the comments on yelp I was a bit confused about Air Boss services, since it is the only authorised contractor from my home insurance. But it was the opposite. I got a call and time was scheduled. Robert came to my house and quickly identified the leakage in my A/C condenser that was dripping from the sealing. It fixed the issue and also refill the gas. He was nice and active.
