I want to thank Martin for coming through yesterday! Our AC completely turned off on us and I found him on Yelp and contacted him. He answered fairly quickly and was here at my house within an hour. He told us what was wrong and immediately fixed it. My parents were very pleased with his service. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be contacting them for any AC service we may need. Thank you!

I was very pleased by an ac added to my office like 2 years ago by Gomez air conditioning. I been using this company for about 2/3 years. I been meaning to post a review and since I recently used them again here it is. I always have a great experience, they are fast, and very reliable. Every time I call their response is immediate. Alex and his team with Gomez Air Conditioning & Heating displayed innovative approaches and expert knowledge during our project. Alex worked with us to successfully complete one of the first approved basement Accessory Dwellings (ADs) remodeling projects in Arlington County under the new zoning laws. Gomez Air Conditioning and Heating installed new ductwork throughout the house and separated the basemen ductwork from the main dwelling as required by the county. They also installed Fire Dampers for all air vents within the AD, due to the 1 hour fire rated drywall required by the county.

This was definitely one of my choices because of the good yelp ratings. He responded immediately and was able to come to my house same day. It was easy and convenient!
Later in the day he contacted me and asked if I was ready and he arrived within 30 minutes. He did his thing. Seemed like he was in and out pretty quickly. He also recommended a simple air filter change. My air started working immediately. Price was definitely fair. Will definitely use him again!!

Thanks so much to this company for performing emergency servicing for us! Our AC decided to work until late in the day so at 6pm I was worried I wouldn't be able to get someone out. Gomez actually was able to come out and have everyrhing fixed and working properly again by 8:30pm! Thank goodness because today its 106 outside but a comfy 78 inside our house. Seriously, Thank You for being willing to come and work in the dark to keep us comfortable!!

My a/c went out this afternoon, and it didn't take long for my house to reach 90 degrees. I reached out and Gomez Air was the fastest service I've ever received! The two guys that came out were polite and knowledgeable. They got to my place at about 925pm and left about an hour later with two more stops still to make. They are going above and beyond to help people in this horrible heat wave we call August. Not only did they get my unit running again, they showed me steps to take to keep it running efficiently. I called them to checkout our A/C unit that wasn't working for years. Decided to go with them because of reviews. They came the next day checked it out, said the compressor was bad and replace the old unit with a new one for the house all in the same day! 100% Highly satisfied with their services. I recommend u give them a call when ur ready for a new unit.

I called to set up an appointment due to an emergency leaking situation, the guy who answered told me he would be able to come out within 1.5 - 2 hours. Cool, I waited with my husband and cancelled our plans for that evening since they "said" they would come out. We waited for an hour, 2 hours, 3 hours.. NO REPSONSE AT ALLLLLLL I mean not even giving us the convenience of a SIMPLE heads up text saying they will not be able to make it! Woke up the next morning, still NO REPSONSE or reason they didn't show up when they said they would. I understand jobs may run late, etc but to NOT

I needed my A/C serviced as it was taking a long time to cool the house. Edgar was great! On time, professional and grew up in my town! Haha . Yesterday my heater would go on for a few minutes & then turn off. It would be off a little bit and then start again, only to turn off again. Today I called Gomez Air Conditioning & Heating. I asked if there were any available Appts & the Technician said yes. Once I told him what was going on he stated that based on what I told him it sounded like my heater was working but sounded like a dirty filter. He suggested I try that first & if that didn't work to call him back.
Well guess what? That was the problem. Heater works fine.
