The individual scheduling and providing estimates is patient and generally responsive. The gentlemen sent to install the fence need lessons in having pride in their work. They installed fencing and dumped mounds of dirt behind my home and neighbor's home. Every fence post has layers of dirt left that I had to personally shovel and rake even. Some left over is understandable but they clearly didn't care as one guy is training a newer guy and instructing him to just dump it. Pictures were sent to complain but no concern for customer satisfaction has been shown thus far.

Unfortunately, not recommending. Trying to be fair. This is the best feedback I can provide based on my experiences. Started off as a solid transaction to install front porch screening. Price was decent. Time to install was reasonable. Great. Let’s do it. Little to no questions asked. (Bad move). Now 5-6 weeks in I’m having ongoing problems with my front screen door. Right after my porch screen was installed I accepted a quote higher than Family Fence to install my backyard fence. I was told the material was better quality and the warranty was longer and more comprehensive. I was told to expect
