I had a fence put in by them they were off 14 inches from my property line. In 2005 town homes were built beside me they have built a retention wall and a gate going across on my property . Now it's a court matter I've had to hire a lawyer to claim that property they're are on. I just got a pvc fence and that's how I found out they are on my property.

Chain Link Installers Willie and Jason from the Englewood Office are the best! They work hard, fast and professional. 5 stars for these guys! As far as my experience with the managerial part of the company, I hate giving only 3 stars because they did accomplish, to my satisfaction, my fence installation but if only they would communicate in a timely manner they would own Florida. Communication is free but boy does it go a long way in customer satisfaction. Saves needless worries and concern.

My husband and I are in the midst of renovating our new home so we have been dealing with many contractors in the last few months.... USA Fence was by far the easiest and surprisingly most responsive to work with. Any concerns we had were answered and given attention immediately even when it was not the most convenient for them! Went in to look at supplies. The parking was empty and I'm disabled. The guy was yelling at me where I can't park ....there was an event in the area so parking was limited. He threatened to tow my car. Instead of greeting and helping. I was appalled by the treatment and left. I would never go back just how I was treated.

Could not be happier with how my fence came out - delivered and installed ahead of estimated lead time, worked through rain at times to get job done all in same day, excellent crew. As promised, returned first the next morning to deliver & install 8 corner & fence post caps that were mistakenly left off truck. Excellent quality materials and workmanship for a very competitive and reasonable price - highly recommend USA Fence!!!

Our Salesman, Ken was fantastic. We were changing out our 8 ft gate for a 12 ft gate due to our RV. Was told they would need to order the new gate as it was not in stock. Took 2 weeks for the gates to come in. When I called the office about when it would be installed, they don't really have an answer for you other than you will get a call the 'day of' which doesn't work for most people. We hired them to replace an area with bushes with a 4' fence. We asked them to wait for us to bring our landscaper in because there was buried water sprinklers in that area. They came on a weekend without consulting us, and destroyed our sprinkler lines with where they built. We paid $2,300 for the fence and had to pay several hundred dollars to fix our sprinklers.
The company admitted fault, but refused to pay for the damages their personnel caused. We gave them direction, they ignored it, destroyed property and then refused to pay. I would avoid this company!!!

UPDATE: ONLY AFTER HIRING AN ATTORNEY AND SENDING A DEMAND LETTER DEMANDING THE REMOVAL OF THEIR FENCE AND REFUNDING MY MONYEY, DID USA RESOND TO MY GRIEVANCE.

The salesman, product manager and owner are not honest, trust worth and the wood and installation are substandard. My story is long and complicated

Awful, none professional, less than useful customer service? The fence started sagging and coming apart. The installer called me to let me know that I was annoying him by calling the company about his poor work. The representative at the local Tampa Florida office told me that I was lying about the fence falling apart-so I included photos in my review-saying that there's 60 lbs of cement in each post, and that that's his best guy; which he shared, was very busy FIXING mistakes he made on other jobs. Even my neighbors-which I made sure knew the name USAFENCE-were bothered by the loud music

Terrible customer service. Showed up while we were at work to install a lower quality fence than what we paid for. Sales rep came out and confirmed this to us and then the company refused to fix their mistake. If all of these bad reviews still don't sway you from getting away from the company, just check their rating on the BBB.

We received the estimate, they lost the estimate when the sales rep left, we had to resend the estimate; The sales rep returned we proceeded with the job; Long lead time for installations; the sales rep did not estimate appropriately and now I have a gap that was estimated almost half of the original cost of the job for one section.
The manager needs to be chased down for answers that were not answered. I agree run from this company. Go to a reputable company. Sorry that I had to even put 1 star
