Great craftsman work through videos he showed I can really tell he cares about his work. Looks like if he shows up he does a great job. Very poor customer service, communication and quality of care toward potential clients.
Oscar was at first great and returned my call, showed late for his appointment and almost didn’t make it until I called to confirm. An excuse about not being able to see after he set the time and the appointment (day light savings time) good thing we had flashlights!
Oscar got back to me to set up another view of the work to be done after I contacted him to review his schedule
