I am in the process of getting quotes and Florida Fence came out on Monday and he said I'd have the quote that evening, it is now Friday and I still don't have a quote. When I called to ask about not receiving it the lady was sort of rude "he was just there yesterday? you won't have that for a couple more days"... Mind you 3 other companies have also come out and before they left I had their quotes' in my hands. If you can't even get a quote from them in a timely manner I could only imagine how responsive they would be after receiving half down, no thanks.

Very honest company. They have done 3 fence jobs for our family. I would highly recommend them. I own a family business and I understand the challenges a company can face with installation and service jobs and the things that go wrong that are outside of everyone's control. We faced issues with our install but the staff and owner was completely responsive and helpful in the entire process. They stand behind their work and are very kind and caring about each job. First off, the fence looks great, was custom built and Florida Fence's price was the cheapest in town. After the experience of dealing with them, I now understand why they are the cheapest. To begin, the owner quoted me 10 feet short on my fencing. The installers dug a post hole and cut my internet cable. When I asked them about it their reply was "yes, was it important?" When I called the office, the receptionist argued with me that it was not possible...even though the installer admitted to it. The cable was even flagged. So I had to pay to have a new cable wire run and buried. Lastly, when it

I’ve used the company twice and would keep hiring them for my fencing needs. They installed a great aluminum fence for me right on the beach and it’s holding up very well. They also repaired some aluminum railing that was damaged in a storm and did an amazing job. Many companies didn’t even want to bid the small repair but they were happy to help and did a great job!
