In the modern world of PVC vinyl and composite material, classic pine or even cypress is still a great option, All of our wood projects are built on site, not pre fabricated panels. All of our work is done with 4x4 post are set in 30 pounds concrete and 90 pound for the 4x6 post used on the gate where we use 3 hinges instead of the standard 2.

The customer service is a joke. The girls in the front office are rude. They put up my fence wrong 2 different times. Each and every time the office ladies would try to NOT answer my calls... I had to call from different phone numbers for them to answer. Or just show up. The contractors did not follow the measurements the guy initially had laid out. I regret using this company. If you do use them DO NOT PAY AHEAD. They will shrink your property line... these guys are joke

Paid my deposit on May 1st and was informed that the fence installation couldn't be done until June 16th. Fine. Then I get a call close to the installation date saying that they were behind schedule and needed to push our date back 2 weeks (July 2nd). A little upsetting but ok, whatever. Now 3 days before the new installation date, I call the company because no one has contacted me with the time that they would be out at my property. I was then informed that they would need to push my date back again because they are still behind schedule and have 13 projects ahead of mine. So no one was going

They were doing to fence for my next door neighbor. they kept traipsing through our walkway (on our property) right by my bedroom window. i work nights and sleep during the day. i asked them to not walk through our property. they answered in rapid spanish that they don't speak english and proceeded to call me several rude terms in spanish (which i understood). i had to get my husband (whose 1st language is spanish) to come out and explain to them what was going on. they were still very rude to him that we were making their job harder.

Hate, is a very strong word! So I refuse to use it in my vocabulary! Now, let’s get down to the nitty gritty. On a Wednesday May 26th 12:28 pm a driver for Vilo Fence in a white Ford F-250 pick up truck forces his way into my lane at excessive speed and he almost collided with me in my vehicle going northbound on DaleMabry Hwy. to exit ramp to Hillsborough Ave. eastbound!! Is this how Vilo Fence serves our Community and future customers?

They wouldn't honor thier quotes. HOA takes 2 to 3 weeks to get approved but they want large down payment within I was now told before the end of 7 days m What if HOA disapproves the work?

Sorry no way, Also between the 1st estimate and when I call they said we can no longer support the 1st survey because prices went up 3 to 4 dollars a foot .
To me thats bad planning on their part.
Hope we can find a better company our dogs need to run around.

Gave me a quote, never responded to my calls or texts and then raised the price telling me it was my fault for letting the estimate lapse over 30 days. Wouldn't honor estimate. They don't speak good English and are very hard to communicate with. The man who came out to my house , not going to mention any names, was a little bit rude from the start.
I'll be happy to say I took my business elsewhere and have had a tremendously better experience.

I've reached out to the owner on 4 different occasions where we agreed on a day for him to come and give me an estimate. All 4 times he never showed up or reached out to me. Then the next day and told me he was going to be at my house in 10 minutes. I understand plans change, but let me know and not showing up 4 times is a little ridiculous.

I can’t say enough good things about Vilo Fence. They do quality work and my board on board privacy fence is top notch! They are meticulous when it comes to leveling, measuring and nailing every board. The gates will never sag because they are built on aluminum frames which I really like. I highly recommend Vilo and you will not find a better price!

Set an appointment up to get an estimate on a fence gate in my back yard. Made the appointment a week in advance as i have one day a week that I am home during the day. They call me 30 min before they were supposed to arrive to reschedule. Totally wasted half of my day. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I will be sending my business elsewhere.

Vilo Fence just finished installing a PVC fence in our property, I expected a good end product after reading all their reviews but the finished product far exceeded all my expectations. The fence was meticulously done and the installers were total professionals. I would highly recommend Vilo Fence to anyone; I know I will never use anyone else in the future for my fencing needs! I would not recommend this company. They claim to be contractors, yet I hired them to replace a vynil gate for over $800. The crew showed up 4 1/2 hrs early, causing me to cancel other appointments I had scheduled. I let them do their work and after they left, I noticed my flower bed looked messed up so I went to clean it up. I found that the crew, a hired contractor by Vilo, had purposely dug up the flower bed and buried the old concrete blocks and other debris into it. The gate, was put on so that the wrong door opened. Another thing is that while digging in my flower bed, they cut the electrical
