Where do I start? So I called and made an appt. And they gave me a 7:30 appt. So the gentleman called me 30 min before arrival time and said it was getting to be to dark so if we could reschedule for the following day? I said sure that’s fine. He then tells me he will be at my home around 4pm the next day. I said sure no problem once again. He then calls me again an hour before arrival and says it’s looking more like 5pm, once again for the 3rd time I said okay! 5pm came and went and no one ever came!! I sent two text messages and I called 4 times with no response to anything! I still attempted
