The corporation president, John Bennett, has been a licensed plumber in California for 30 Years. Our business employs approximately thirty, hard-working, employees and is located in Santa Ana, California. Pictured above is our tow-jetter. This piece of equipment is capable of clearing clogged lines by using rotating, high pressure streams of water. The tow-jetter includes a state of the art camera and pipe locating system. This allows our plumbers to precisely locate broken or clogged lines that may be burried below landscaping, parking lots, hardscape, or roadways.
The machine was extremely expensive to purchase, however, it has helped us to clear and repair serious plumbing problems. It also significantly helps our customers save money on the overall cost of repairs by minimizing the damage caused to existing parking lots or roadways. Often, we are called to clear lines or locate plumbing problems when other companies have failed.

This company was called out by the property management company to check for a leak because the carpet was wet. It turned out to be a piece of drain pipe that was connected to the A/C condensation line. They were at our place of business for 1hour 50 minutes during normal business hours and charged $975 for work I never approved. We got two other estimates from reputable plumbing company's for less then half of what they charged. We are in the plumbing business and when I called to discuss the incredible overcharge Perry said he would look into it and get back to me the next day. After 3 days

The worst experience ever .For a minor drainage in the ceiling which they could not detect where it was coming from , they were 2 unqualified installers that cut a small hole under my master bathroom sink , they could not find anything .
Of course the problem was not solved . they send different installers which they sealed the bathub, we supplied the new faucet to the sink and they put a bill of $935. in my mail the first day for staying in my house looking and talking on their phone doing nothing .We bought the new faucet , for which they put an additional bill of $340 , 00

Can't go wrong with Bennett's Plumbing!!! We call them all the time for our commercial properties on Newhope and they are prompt and charge fairly. Today we had a major leak from an upstairs source and Bennett's came out in 10 minutes. Vacuumed up the water on the floor, placed protection on the furniture/equip, posted "Do not Enter" sign on 2nd fl RR door, repaired the broken pipe, cleaned and sanitized the entire area after completion and went over the whole process with me for confirmation. I would give minus stars if that option was available. We requested them to come to our home to quote a leak that was already identified by another plumbing company, we want an estimate to repair the leak. They cut some holes in drywall, fished a pipe and identified the issue. We kept asking for a quote and we informed by the plumbers that they weren't allowed to quote rates. I called them at 1:39 PM on October 9th, 2020. They arrived at 2:30 PM the same day, I later discovered that they charge from the time they answer the call, also, there were 2 plumbers, they charge for both, but they

Great Service! Called mid-morning for a water leak inside a wall at the back of my upper kitchen cabinet. The person who answered the call was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! They said they would get someone here as soon as possible, and a team of 2 plumbers showed up within the hour and accessed the problem quickly and went to get the parts they didn't immediately have on their truck. Both guys were very experienced and friendly. It ended up being a much bigger job then any of us anticipated, but they were very respectful of not putting more holes in the wall than were absolutely

We were referred to Bennett's Plumbing by a friend who had a positive experience with them.
Our master bath shower head dripped, master bath sink drained slowly, and kitchen faucet needed to be tightened. I called Bennett's Plumbing on Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day at 9:00. Two gentlemen came on Wednesday at 8:55. That was a great start! I showed them the 3 issues and they proceeded to get to work. At 9:50, the 2 gentlemen left our house to get a $39.00 standard part for a 3 year old Koehler shower head. They returned at 11:41. They were gone for almost 2 hours

I had come home from work and a water pipe had burst on the roof so it was like a mini waterfall. I called my regular plumber but he wasn't available, so as I was frantically trying to find someone that could fix it ASAP. I called Bennett's and they showed up in less than an hour. They replaced the pipe that had burst within 35 minutes. I was so happy!! I thought they guy who came out was really nice and very professional. Yes, it was odd that they just sent me the bill but I thought it was well worth it.

I called them out to fix my sink. They didn't fix it, then they told me they wouldn't charge me for the initial visit. They came back out, fixed it, then charge me for both services. When I told them that I was told the first visit was free, they told me that wasn't true, and I had to pay for both visits. Then they sent me to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER
