When I first called about the issue, the Office Assistant worked to schedule me in such a way that we would not be excessively charged (problem happened Christmas Eve). The plumber came to assess the issue and quickly determined the problem. The team returned a day earlier than anticipated to repair the leak. They made sure to clean up when they finished and worked to get everything back in place. They were courteous and professional.

Your company is excellent and your experience speaks volumes. I thought my water heaters were going bad however y'all determined rather quickly that of all things a leaky toilet fill valve and flapper were causing the "fog horn sounding" noises coming from the water heaters which not only solved the issue but saved me alot of $ by not having to replace the water heaters - thank you very much!

Great service and great employees! I've only lived in Shreveport for about a year so I'm still finding all the right places and this is definitely the place to use if you have plumbing issues. I called a few others and I always get the "We'll get to you when we can and just give you a call." That is a little inconvenient especially if you like to schedule things or are needing a repair fairly quickly. They immediately gave me a scheduled time and pricing by hour. They also called when they had openings sooner to get to me even faster. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future

Called and set up an appointment to come and find and repair my sewer line leak I thought I had under my house due to me smelling sewer water gas. Robert and Austin (the service guys) were actually able to get to me a day early. They inspected and found I actually had a gas line leak not a sewer line leak. And they repaired it pretty quick. They did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use Bobby L. Greene services again. I was informed when I set up the appointment what the charges per hour would be for the service, but was not told that if a helper came also (which one

They were FANTASTIC after 2 other plumbing companies failed and acted as if it was beneath them to do a tough job...Bobby Green guys were go to guys and worked and worked my tough drain clog and fixed properly and gave me hints to keep it clear. With a wonderful attitude!! I know who to call from now on!!!! Don't bother calling anyone else.😀

They could not have been nicer!! Came out on a Saturday. Woody was so kind and helped explain the process. We ended up having to have them come out on Monday due to an issue of leaking pipe in the slab. He did not waste time charging us on a Saturday when he knew it would require another team to come out. I highly recommend!!

We were having the hardest time getting someone out to our home for a leak during the Memorial day weekend. A friend recommended Bobby L. Greene and I called, they came out in the rain to evaluate and locate the leak, they returned a couple of days later and made the repairs. Woke up on a Tuesday morning with no hot water and a leaking hot water heater - called first thing to schedule an appointment for a replacement. They had someone at my house before noon, verified that it was time for a new unit, had the new unit installed, and also ran new pipes and installed a new shut off valve in just a few hours. Josh was very helpful and answered all of my questions about maintenance. I have already recommended them to others and will definitely use them again for additional plumbing needs.
