I have been using LA Plumbing for 14 years now. They are so awesome. I have had leaks, gas lines and connection work, hot water heater and stopped up sinks. They have always done a great job, they come when they say they will. They give you the cost up front. They clean up the job site when work is completed. I just had a hot water heater installed. Louisiana plumbingbis awesome. When we had that surge of cold weather our office pipes burst and while my office bathroom was Turing into a child’s wade pool every plumber I called said they couldn’t help, they were too busy with others,etc. I called Louisiana plumbing and although they were just as busy they found a way to come and help me immediately even after hours. I've never really had a great experience with a plumbing company, until I found these guys. I've never had any scheduling issues with them, and they've always shown up when they said they would. So far they've stood by every one of their guarantees. Noel is always very professional and courteous, and has never left a mess behind. Ben Franklin Plumbing is without a doubt the BEST plumbing service in this area. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. Their personnel dresses professionally, and they put mats down so that they don't track outside materials to the inside of your home. I called Benjamin Franklin because time is money. They gave me a one hour window between 0800 and 0900 and were here knocking on my door at 0800. Punctual, Courteous, and most of all EXTREMELY fair in what they charged me. I was expecting a large bill and a full replacement of my bathroom shower fixtures. I had a similar problem in my other bathroom and that was the last plumbers fix. Turns out it was an extremely easy fix. Within a few minutes he had explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. It was as simple as that. To my surprise I was only charged the service call fee. Who does
