I contacted Mario from A+ Heating and cooling to get me a quote for a new A/C and furnace, he was able to get a very competitive bid the same day, and then arrange his schedule to install the next day. Took pictures of the old and new A/C.
I was very happy with the professionalism and value of his services.
I would not hesitate using him again and referring him to other people.
In fact, I have referred him to my property management company, and I am sure they will be using him in the future.

These guys were great to me. Had my A/C go out ofcourse when we had an extreme heat warning. They got here fast and fixed it right away. Turned out to be just a capacitor and instead of upping me on price for something more it was a cheap fix and I and as importantly my kitty who was not comfortable in the heat wearing her fur coat are comfortable and cool again! Thanks for your fast response and honesty!

Mario at A+ Heating & Cooling was absolutely amazing! They truly live up to the name of their company. Him and his assistant were very professional. They diagnosed my problem with my A/C unit and fixed it. There are a lot of shady companies out there in this field and I can truly say that Mario and the team at A+ Heating & Cooling is NOT one of those companies. Things were looking good when they were quick to come out to the service call, but then it all went downhill from there...
1) He came into the house w/out shoe covering/booties.
2)We informed him of our dogs before coming in but he still managed to leave front door open. And left our backyard gate open when leaving.
3) He said he needed to check the air filters but didn't even bother to open the air vents to actually look at them.
4) Then he went out back to look at the a/c unit, shake the unit and turned to tell us nothing was wrong with it.

I usually don’t write reviews but I could not have been happier with A Plus Heating and cooling so I want to share my experience. Mario was the first one who came to access our A/C not working and he was on time and was very thorough. Found out the compressor was the problem. They reported it to our home warranty and the part was immediately ordered. Upon the part’s arrival they send out Raul and Luis. A Plus was the contractor that my home warranty assigned when my downstairs unit went out. Had to leave a message to schedule service since it was after hours. They called to schedule as they opened the next day and Mario was at my house around 9:15 am. He had to get a part which he got but I was not home when he called back to install it. He had already gotten to my house and waited for me to get there. Given the temps here in Vegas, I thought this was above beyond since I know he was very busy and could have rescheduled me for the next day. He had the part on in no time. I would use A plus again

I needed my condenser unit to be replaced as the old unit locked up. Mario was dispatched to make an assessment and was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted to accomplish. The pricing is very competitive and the service is prompt. A+ Heating was able to order, pickup, and get a new AC unit up and running on a weekend within 2.5 hrs.

Timeliness was good for broken AC, service man was professional, respectful, I think he knew what he was doing, BUT, I was way over charged, was told the part was $350.00 when it was actually $180.00, therefore was charged over $100.00 per hour for labor, for a total of $625.00 for replacing a blower motor (they actually started at $750.00, and I told them that was way to high, got them down), SO, don't use, they overcharged a DUMB senior citizen that needed it done NOW!!!!

5 stars! I needed quick service to fix an AC leak to sell my house. I needed service ASAP. They came out the same day and fixed my leak. The guy was knowledgable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed (I know cause I could of fixed it but needed paperwork to prove it was fixed and not leaking for home appraisal). Extra bonus, he was really cool with my dogs!
