I received a call from Legacy Airconditioning to schedule my seasonal Heating/Airconditioning system check. This service is included in the annual membership that I pay for. There was no difficulty scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me. The technician, Charlie was running early and was respectful enough to call ahead to make sure his early arrival was okay. Charlie showed up looking professional. He was respectful of our home and worked quickly.
I've lived in Henderson for 20 years and have used other HVAC companies. I have been using Legacy exclusively for the past six years

Called and scheduled appointment to check heating system. Jose came and performed the checkup. He was on time, very polite, considerate of others, and very knowledgeable. We scheduled to have a duct cleaning as well as have a new HVAC system installed on the same day!

Note: Communication from the company took place via phone calls, text, and emails prior to, during and after the scheduled installation day.

On November 24th, Hunter and D'low called ahead of time to inform us that they were on the way. The duct cleaning process was explained to us thoroughly. They wore masks and protective shoe coverings. They were professional, personable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They used new plastic tarp to cover certain areas of the home that

What a great company I have been using them for 4 years now. Just had my system inspected for the winter. The technician today was Damoreyah and he was very thorough. He went into the attic and looked at everything and when he was finished provided me with a detail report complete with photos. Will continue to use this company and recommend them for all your AC and heating needs.

This company is very professional in everything that they do from quoting and installing our new AC last year to following up on the annual service contract that we have with Legacy Air. They proactively call to make appointments and are always on time. Last Wednesday, Charles provided our first pre-heating service and I liked how he took the time to answer my questions and that he asked for our favorite winter settings so Charles could set up the system completely before leaving. And after he left, our place was as clean as before.

Had our seasonal tune up and check up on our Heating units today and was assisted by CHARLES, he was friendly, courteous, and professional the whole time he was here. He wore his mask and made sure he wore his booties on his shoes for my carpet. He explained what he found in detail and explained his recommendations. It was a great service today!

The company has been great . We purchased an A/C and heater early this year. Today they came for the winter inspection. The technician Damoreyah Holmes went out of his way to explain and took pictures of everything. I appreciate the great service. They recommended ductwork cleaning and showed me pictures. We set up an appointment for the cleaning once we saw how dirty the ductwork was.

We had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. They called in advance, got a text with crew pictures & description of their process. They arrived on time, protected furniture & counters. Did a great thorough job. Reviewed what they discovered in the ducts. Cleaned up afterwards too. Highly recommend.

I had a new A/C system installed before the summer and everything has been great. Everyone has been great to deal with since the beginning. As part of the deal Charles V. came to check the system in the fall, to make sure that the heating part was also working properly. He was really knowledgeable, checked everything thoroughly and also gave me some tips to get the most out of the new equipment and make sure it stays in good shape for a long time.

Okay. I understand why Legacy Air gets a 5-star rating.

After my AC dying twice in as many months, I decided to replace the whole 20 year old HVAC system in my place. Original system was a forced air hydronic (hot water) heater, and a regular AC compressor.

Legacy Air suggested some options: new gas furnace (would have to now run new gas lines), new hydronic system (replace what I had), or a heat pump.

What's a heat pump? Well, that's what google is for. After spending way too much time researching what a heat pump is, how it works, and it's suitability for Las Vegas, I decided

I had a different HVAC company come out to fix my leaking AC. The first company tried to troubleshoot but could not figure it out. Based on the high reviews, I decided to try out Legacy Air to see if they could help. Hunter figured out a wiring issue caused my damper actuator to stay closed when it should've been open. The pressure from the closed damper caused water to spray beyond the drain pan. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue before lunch. He was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me before and after pictures of the work and explained everything in a way I could understand.

Our air conditioner was on it's last legs in the 116° heat and technician Charles came out and checked everything out and said honest truth it was on it's last legs and was very professional gave us some estimates in a very timely manner everyone in the office was very helpful and very supportive. Our installers that came out we're just absolutely awesome that would be Jesus and Jonathan they kept us completely updated on the entire day ,were here when they said they would be ,and finished in the time frame given , amazing !

Worst company we have ever dealt with , wait all weekend with no air for these a holes to tell us they will be here between twelve and six???? Then they show up without the proper equipment at 540 on a Sunday?????? Are you effing kidding me, now we wait until Wednesday with no air!!! Seriously F your company, not to mention.......this god damn unit was installed by you losers less than a year ago!!!! Worst service ever , by god damn far!

I needed to find a company who could do semi-annual HVAC maintenance on my units. After several hours of research, I chose Legacy Air and am happy that I did!

My tech arrived on time and even texted me as he was headed over. He was polite, wore booties in my house, and had a mask on at all times. Whenever he noticed an issue, he took a picture of it to show me. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I do not understand something, and the tech was patient in answering all of them in detail.

Price-wise, I would say Legacy Air falls in line with other HVAC companies. Just be aware that all maintenance
