Seriously the gem of Vegas when it comes to honest and capable technicians. I own a large Blue Heron home which has 5 A/C units. One was not blowing cool air in the main kids area, very difficult during the hot days in Vegas. INFINITY AIR warranties the work for Blue Heron and installed the units. Their technician, Jorge, came out and first told me that it was a reboot needed, did this and left. Air still not working. Called again, said it was a bad thermostat, but did troubleshooting and left without solving the issue, 3rd visit Jorge said it was not working because the unit was not

If I could rate zero Stars I would. My air conditioning has been out for weeks, they're pushing me out until Wednesday, I told them that we need to come out sooner and the lady who answers the phone is a childish sarcastic woman who should be working for the D M V. She text me that she doesn't work for me, with a very rude tone, and when I called her to speak to her supervisor she refused to let me speak to anybody as she's laughing at me like a fifteen-year-old. Spent a week waiting for the bid. Every day was calling to follow up and heard that it would be sent by the end of the day. Finally got a hold of the project manager with the response that company couldn't take on the job and just waisted our time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time

Beware with this company. Bids and contracts don't mean anything to them. They look for every opportunity to give change orders...even reinterpreting the plain language of their agreements to produce a nonsensical result. Once you're committed, they say over and over again, that they didn't envision this situation or that problem or this angle or what you thought you were buying is different, etc, etc. They only do that once you've signed their contract and are committed and don't have time in your schedule to replace them. essentially holding you hostage. Just had HVAC complete replacement (15 yr old AC and Furnace). From Casey the Manager, Shelby, Corrine and the installers Steve and Carlos all were very professional and timely with their responses and installation. Steve and Carlos arrived on time, worked in the searing 109 degree heat for about 7hours with wonderful attitudes and finished the job, testing the system and cleaned up as if no one had been in the garage or the yard. I called Infinity because my unit and the thermostat had completely shut off. They came out and suggested over $1,200 in repairs that he admitted he only "thought" would fix the problem. He couldn't tell what was broken until he could get the unit on, which he could not do without an additional $1,200.

The crew that came out was great. We had more than a few issues dealing with the original install and then having to move it again. The guys took it in stride and did a great job.
As a general contractor, it's sometimes hard to get companies out to do the smaller jobs, so I really appreciate this service.

If you can't show up AT LEAST give a courtesy call!!!! Nothing is more frustrating than taking a day off and hearing NOTHING during the FOUR HOUR window they gave me!! Very unprofessional!!!!!! I'd give minus stars if I could!!
UPDATE: I am adjusting my review because even though they didn't come during 4 hour window they still contacted me later and came out next morning. Jeremy was very professional and I was basically frustrated the day before. Good job guys....

We've been using Infinity Air for annual service for 2-1/2 years now with excellent results. The servicemen actually knew how to clean our electrostatic air cleaners, which Sierra Air just BS'd us on for two years. All had been working perfectly until two days ago when both A/C units quit at the same time. Once we got our appointment, serviceman Greg showed up on time, very professional, respected COVID-19 protection and wore booties in the house -- but most importantly, fixed the A/Cs promptly. I've used this company for years, but after my last experience I will no longer use them. I wasn't on property when the service rep called me back 3 times, each with a different diagnosis with what was wrong with the AC, of course replacing the whole unit was suggested as well as an $1100 through check to see if there is a "leak somewhere". He even admitted he didn't plug in his testing equipment which was why he thought the compressor was shot, but this was only after I told him I will be getting another opinion (turns out the compressor was fine). Miles came out today to fix our heating unit. He was friendly, fast and efficient. It turned out to be a small problem, which he spent time fixing and didn't try to charge us extra for something we didn't need. Best experience. Jonathan was our technician and he was AMAZING. The moment we called we had him on the way. When he got here and saw that we needed a new fan he went immediately to go see if they had one that fit our unit. It was after 5pm at this point and they didn't have the exact fan we needed so he got one to at least get us through the night. By the time he was done it was well over 6pm. Jonathan came back the next morning first thing to get the new fan on for us. Best experience we've ever had and will definitely be using them if needed in the future. Thank you to the whole Infinity

Only call this company if you want your project done right! They’ve always been 100% honest with me. I was told they can recharge my 20 yr old unit but it’s on its last legs. I rolled the dice and the unit lasted another year before dying. I then called them to inspect the unit, they determined the compressor was bad and identified some poor work that I had another contractor do before I knew infinity. Apparently the other guys have jerry rigged the capacitors with some stuff ultimately leading to the untimely demise of my unit. I had infinity replace my unit for a fair price with a great warranty

My AC unit stopped working on a Thursday night. I called Infinity Air Friday morning at 9:50. 19 MINUTES later I got a call from the tech that happened to be in my area. He was at my house in 17 minutes. My house has 3 AC units, this was the largest one with the problem. I thought the problem was the fan, turned out to be the capacitor only. There was no attempt at upselling a new unit, no drama, he changed the capacitor and in 10 minutes after he arrived I had cold air. I know I got lucky with him being so close, and I could have purchased the part online for less money, but I am no expert

Got heating and AC issues, check Infinity Air out. Cesar was very professional, patient, informative, and did everything he said he would do - even returning late in the day to replace a damaged part.
Kudos to him for having the perception to suss out the problem, to patiently explain the options, and to clearly suggest the solution. Best thing is we now have heat and will get a good night's sleep tonight.

Infinity air was very responsive and had a technician out immediately after the tenant complained the heating wasn’t working. They were very patient with the tenant and explained how to operate the thermostat. Also checked the system for safety concerns and provided a very detailed report with photos. My HVAC unit was 38 years old unbelievably it still ran. I new that it may not make it through the summer and did not want to chance it here in the desert.
