I bought a used Triumph Motorcycle that came with only one key. The keys are made from a higher grade of metal than others which requires going to a locksmith. BB Locksmith has no problem cutting the three key blanks that I brought to them. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Once the blanks were cut the motorcycle dealer was able to pair them with the bike's computer.
They have a wide selection of key blanks and a good selection of safes if you're in the market for one.

I needed some specific keys that I was unable to have made at Sunshine Ace Hardware. The Sunshine Ace Hardware store did not have the blanks to properly make my key. They said the only place in Naples that I would be able to have it made was at B&B Locksmiths on N. Tamiami Trail. The first thing you notice when you walk in the store is some scary human-size thing sitting at the door. I'm being generous with the one star. My parents used to be customers here. Recently, my dad needed to make spare keys for their place. BB made keys so poorly for my dad that we will no longer be customers here. Their motto of service by "the golden rule" must be from "he who makes the gold makes the rule" and certainly not "do unto others". My dad has been unable to even get the key into the lock - it won't even fit in the lock. He tried to return the keys or even have them re-cut to have them work. They outright refused. They charged over $40 for 4 non

I wish you could rate a ZERO. I try to use local businesses as opposed to Home Depot. I went here and they didn't even have a blank to make a simple key. He told me to "go online and buy one". I did and went BACK to him. He said, "I can make you a key with your blank, but I'm charging you $13.99." I went a few blocks down the road and got a key made for 3.99. I DO NOT recommend this "local" company!

I called BB Locksmith and explained that I needed a new lock installed on my office door. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending. It was a shock being talked to this way. My advice for whoever owns this business is to have a more friendly person answer the phone. I would never refer this company to anyone who needs work done.

I am a Realtor and checked the Internet for a locksmith, since I could not reach the one normally used. The address read on Marco Island. My seller had to rekey the key and asked them to do this. They knew the property is located on Marco and the bill for a rekey was $281.06

I used this locksmith for home services. They didn't return my call on day one (when they said 15 minutes). I should've known right then! The next day we scheduled an appointment for the following week. They were late. Didn't have the proper materials. The work they did wasnt finished. Their rep wasn't professional. And their fees were ridiculous. I got "A Locksmith" to finish the job right. The difference was night and day!

Another business poorly keyed my front door lock. I called B and B. They came out quickly, fixed the lock, and corrected another problem with the dead bolt I had not even noticed. All at a very reasonable price. They have a pretty cool store too where they make perfect every time key copies. They aren't cheap but they work great. And there is a cute dog who works there. Not necessary but definitely a bonus for animal lovers.
