When called Gary answered right away and was happy to answer my questions and set up an appointment at my convenience. Gary arrived early and waisted no time in getting to work. I needed to have the locks changed for my new office but also I needed to be careful with money since I lost work during the Covid shutdown. I saw that other people in my building had a variety of locks and I wondered what was best for me. Gary of Sterling Locksmiths responded to my call very quickly. When I explained my situation, he told me that I didn't need the fancy looking locks that others had. He said I needed good quality locks that do the job. When he came to my office and assessed the locks that came with the place and said they were of the highest quality already! I was so relieved
