I was rekeying a lock myself, have done it many times... However, this time I goofed it up and needed help getting the lock keyed. I brought the lock in (Naples location, US 41 near Golden Gate Parkway) and the locksmith re-keyed it immediately, explained what the issue was, and charged me about 1/4 what I expected to pay.

We just moved into our condo and needed help fixing the lock on the front door. Jack took everything apart and got it working perfectly. Not only did he repair the lock and latch assembly, he also adjusted the dead bolt and got everything operating smooth as silk! He really impressed us with his ability to solve multiple issues. This made me chuckle and I'll explain why. My family and I are moving items out of 2 storage units. Unfortunately we did not have the correct keys to the locks. The employee of the stoneage units recommended this company. We called and they said a representative would be available in an hour or two. We called 30 minutes prior to when they would arrive, making sure we could meet them at the gate. The gentleman on the phone

We were having issues with the front lock to our condo, which was 26 years old and had been discontinued years ago. Friends and family were actually getting locked out because they couldn't turn the key in the lock. Craig, the technician, came out, assessed the problem, and managed to coax our aging lock back into working order. His experience, knowledge, and skill saved the day and kept us from having to spend hundreds on a new lock. Thank you A Locksmith for a job well done!

This is the second time I've used ALocksmith. I received a callback immediately after requesting service. My appointment was made quickly and all options explained. Gary arrived on time and set to work. Within minutes he identified our problem and repaired our lock. All the while he was not only professional but personable. I highly recommend this service.
