Justan is the owner of Queen City Heating and Cooling. He started in the HVAC business in 2004 after working in several construction trades, he found his passion in the comfort industry. When he's not helping a customer or employee demystify a complex issue with their HVAC system, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and experimenting with food science.

The team at Queen City Heating and Cooling are all very professional and knowledgeable. They recommend the best system for your home based on your needs and desired comfort level. When you need to replace your HVAC system you should call them FIRST. My AC unit stopped cooling, I chose Queen City based on other reviews. You never know what you’re going to get, but I took a chance and am glad I did! They got here on time, looked at my AC and discovered it just needed one part replaced. They could have told me the entire unit was shot, I would have believed them. What could have cost me thousands cost less than $200, and that’s with the service call. I signed up for their VIP program on the spot! Thank you Queen City (Ben)! You have earned a new lifelong customer and I WILL tell all my friends!
