Tech tried to convince me that the a/c system was not worth repairing, just a waste of money. Said there was a Freon leak most likely in the coil but didn’t actually look for the leak.
Had another company in to look at replacement system and he took the time to find the problem which was a leaking service valve, a $300 fix plus Freon instead of a $9,000 new system.
Why is it too much to ask for a little customer service and repair instead of hard selling unnecessary equipment

1. I called telling them about my A/C problem and they were at my house within an hour. I had already called the people but they told me I had to wait a few hours for them to come to my house.
2. The technician pinpointed the source of the problem, explained to me in clear terms, and fixed it quickly without acting like an used car salesman (exaggerating, lying, etc)
3. The price was fair for the part being replaced, the prompt service, and the straightforward explanations
I had a wonderful experience with this company, just as the person who gave me their number

Hector was polite, responsive and on time. He came out initially to fix an emergency situation. After that was solved, he advised of several other issues and the current severity of them. At no point did I feel pressured to do additional services, and he was more than willing to walk and talk me through all his suggestions. Pricing felt very reasonable.

The technician did a wonderful job. He was punctual, courteous, well informed, and efficient. He was able to identify the problem with our air conditioning system and repair it immediately. He also was very thorough in evaluating the entire system. I was very impressed with the service, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and know nothing about HVAC units. The seller told us that Punbar had installed the unit, so I called them when the inspection report found an issue. They knew all about the system and came out the morning after I called. Hector and Marco fixed the issue quickly and then educated me all about our units, how to maintain them, and signs to lookout for to know if it needs repair. I'm so thankful that they took the time to help me. We'll be a Punbar customer for the long haul!
