Greg Grisez was born to build. His great grandfather started out as a carpenter working for a railroad company building wooden bridges more than 100 years ago, and would later go on to form the F.A. Grisez & Sons Construction Company with Greg's grandfather, which built many of the "World War II bungalows" around the city of Canton, Ohio.
In the 1960s, Greg's father and uncle joined the family business. Working on his father's building sites and with contractors, Greg gained valuable trade skill experience at an early age before earning a degree in construction management from Bowling Green State University. He went on to start his own home building business in 1993, Gregory Homes - later Distinguished Homes.

We hired Envision Construction to remove an interior wall between our kitchen and living room. Greg was very easy to work with and we were very thankful we found him for our project. Communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, and he was very knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions to help the project along. He was the only contractor to warn us ahead of time that we would have to move water lines - other contractors missed that when quoting our project. Very pleased with the end result and looking forward to more projects using Envision Construction.

I reached out to Greg for a bath/shower remodel estimate. We scheduled a time for him to come out and take a look at what we had going on. After meeting, Greg wrote up the very thorough contract and we signed the papers. We originally had a different contractor that was supposed to do the remodel for us but it ended up falling through. Boy are we glad that happened. We are absolutely blown away with the final product. Greg did an awesome job and we couldn’t be happier. The amount of professionalism from him was very appreciated. If we have any projects in the future, we will definitely be calling

Envision is the most reliable and honest company I have ever worked with. I had a new skirt put on my sun room, replaced cracked glass block windows, a screen door and man door installed on my garage and concrete repair to my laundry room floor. I'm extremely happy with the work that was done and he also made sure to clean up everyday. They will be the first person I call when I start remodeling the interior of my house.

My husband and I met with many different companies regarding a quote for our load bearing wall removal but when we met with Greg we could tell he had a lot of knowledge with home construction/remodel. We are so glad we hired Envision Construction, they were clean, thorough and got the job done as fast as they could. After the project was complete, Greg took the time to help with a minor furnace issue that could possibly help the heating of our home. We will definitely use them for any future projects. Plus he was very friendly with our pup!

We met Greg and hired Envision to remodel our kitchen. Making the decision to hire a contractor was long and frustrating and we were not sure what to expect. Other contractors didn't return calls to consider or project or if they looked at our kitchen and they never got back to us. Greg was different. Greg completed a garage project for me. When I met him at my home for an estimate, I could tell he was honest and a guy I could trust. Before I hired him for the job, I went and looked at a job he did in my neighborhood and I was impressed with his work. He did an excellent job on my garage, cleaned up very well, and did it at price I felt was fair and reasonable. I will definitely call him again the next time I need work done.
