I had Orion contracted to complete an insurance claim. The Project Manager was responsive and the process was smooth. We did have some delays because one of their subcontractors unexpectedly had health issues so they needed to find a new resource, but I can't blame them for that! Overall we were happy with the result.

Our house was filled with sewer a few months back and our insurance recommended Orion. I would advise to just not waste your time with this company. They never got back with us when we called or emailed. Claimed they never had our email or never got voicemails and honestly it seemed like they just did not want to work with us. On top of the TERRIBLE communication skills and response times, they told us contradicting information about a lot of different things on our home. For example they had at first told us that we could supply everything for them to put in and then said that we couldn't because

Orion was prompt, dependable, efficient and trustworthy. A windstorm tore off part of the siding of my house. They handled my insurance claim and were able to re-side the entire house while upgrading the work to include the "wrap" that is now required underneath the siding. The event happened on a Sunday afternoon and I called my insurance on that Sunday afternoon. By that evening Orion contacted me and made arrangements to temporarily "fix" the missing siding the next day (Monday). Once the new siding material was chosen (by me), ordered and delivered it took only two days to re-side the entire

They replaced the roof on my duplex and was referred to me by Mark Radosevic's Nationwide office. Jeff was my go to person and he kept me informed on the progress of my roof. Laura was keeping me informed on the how the claim process was going. What an excellent team! They should be YOUR go to company for any roofing job!

I experienced roof damage from the wind storm in January. My home insurance company recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Every adjective above is truly how I feel about them. They responded quickly and were very professional. They kept me informed and when time for doing the roof, the quality was amazing. I feel I received a good value for the quality of work. I highly recommend Orion for quality roofing.

Not really sure how this company has stayed in business with such poor customer service. I had left a message on website for a call back. After 3 days I thought maybe a computer glitch had occurred. I called the office and spoke to someone name JR or J something. Anyways he said he would have someone contact me for the construction estimate. I have yet to hear back. Doesn't matter to me because I've already had someone else start the job. Just wanted to make sure that no one else wastes their time with such a Mickey Mouse type outfit. ( no offense to Mickey Mouse).

This is a very difficult company to deal with. The electrician came, looked at our house and apparently was no where to be found afterwards. Another electrician called me to re-schedule a visit. He said he was available anytime. I scheduled him on the same day @ 3pm which he told me he'll be there. 45 minutes after the agreed time, i texted him asking if he was close. He told me to call someone else because he had no time. If you didn't have time, don't tell me you have time and make me wait for you, then tell me to screw off. Or, how about, maybe, you don't call the

I hate leaving bad reviews, it feels so cruel and can be damaging to business. So let me start by saying that the gal who answers the calls is extremely nice and helpful, and that I hope my situation was an isolated case. If someone has recommended Orion, use their word over mine and hope for the best -- businesses should always have the opportunity to redeem themselves and learn from mistakes, no one is perfect.
That said, I still believe businesses should be held accountable for unreasonable customer service.
