I have been a customer for 10 years and I have never had any trouble at all and found them very accomodating especially when on holidays/sick and couldn't leave bins out or on bank holidays when had forgotten the day and also to leave bin out, they opened gate(bins are at side of house and can be seen through the gate) and took bins anyway and I always recommended them to family and friends even when other companies appeared to have better offers price wise. That is up until the past 2 years where my bins have gone uncollected on numerous occasions even though they had been left out!!! I rang everytime

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not collecting the bins even though they have been paid for weeks in a row. And then being told if you want to get rid of your waste we have to bring it in ourselves even though we have been paying to have the bins collected. We had to load up the boot of the car with weeks of waste because it wasn't collected and the car still smells like a skip. Office staff disrespectful when we ring to try and get the bins collected. Would not recommend to anyone.

There are great guys working on my bin route 100% Decent hard working guys.
There have been a number of times in the last few weeks,whereby I was I'll and unable to leave out the bin. The bin man went out of his way to come down my avenue and take out the bin for me.
He did this on a few occasions for me and I am so great full..he deserves recognition for his kind deed.
