Tony was fantastic!
He arrived during the time slot, prepped us with info about typical needs to bring a 90 year-old fireplace up to date, then provided a full inspection and came back with... nothing! The Chimney and Fireplace inspection checked out and the fireplace was ready to use!
I was really concerned that we were looking at re-pointing the mortar (I guess ours was just built with deep-set mortar), re-lining the chimney or some other expensive work, but we only ended up paying for the inspection.
I know we are fortunate that everything is still intact, but I imagine some companies might

Tony did a good inspection, back in December. I am now making my final report, grading this a 5-star business, all the way! The owner, Dave, was in constant communication with me over the last month and a half so he could install the ‘rain cap.’ Covid impacted this business, I had some scheduling conflicts, and then wet weather set in for a few weeks. Installation of the rain cap was done today. Dave did a nice job. Rain cap looks real good up there!
Next time we need anything done on the fireplace and/or chimney, I am calling this business again. Dave and Tony are very friendly and good to

I made the mistake of having mike’s mobile come out. They are a joke. They wanted to charge me 10k for my chimney. Tony came out and took right care of it. If you want your chimney taken care of the right way you want to use hisnhers. Dave and tony are honest and do things the right way. Use hisnhers.

They cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Short and rude with me on the phone, but did give me the name of A-1 Chimney and their phone number. Used His 'n Hers for many, many years until they were purchased by someone a couple of years ago. NOT the same service at all. Won't ever use them in the future.
