Keep your filter clean, we recommend having your filter cleaned at least twice a year for a DE filter, and 4 times a year for cartridge filters.

A swimming pool is an important amenity. Whether located at a hotel, apartment complex, country club, health club, or neighborhood HOA, many times, the pool is the first impression your guests receive. A regularly maintained pool with properly balanced water is a direct reflection on your concern for the health, and safety of your guests.
If you are adding more than one of water to your pool a week, you may have a leak. Even a small leak can be costing you money. Higher water bills, increase chemical usage. Please do not use this company. I should have done more research and gone with a more reputable company. Main complaints, if you don't want to read my full rant below: Poor commutation, no after care of pool once plaster is done, hidden/additional prices after quote, not professional.
The Good: Jeff and Bex are great in person. Came to the house quickly when we were looking to have our pool resurfaced. Jeff came to fix the leakage in our pool/waterfall motors. Jeff was very responsive and did a great job in fixing the issues. Jeff has a nice friendly personality and he answered all my questions related to some other potential issues with our pool. I will definitely use Jeff's services again.

My Pool pump motor, was humming but not working, from experience I replaced the capacitor, which didn't help. I called my home warranty company who dispatched Blue Flamingo to do the job. As my original date was 10 days in the future I called Jeff, I explained him the issue and he told me that he will look at the schedule and will let me know the same day. An hour later, Jeff was on his way, he looked at the issue and identify the motor needs to be replaced. Jeff told me, he'll wait for my insurance company approval to replaced the motor, but if they do, he will do is best to come on the same day

Jeff Curtis and his team have been amazing. They are extremely reliable and do a quality job. There have been many times that I have called them last minute and ask them to make my pool sparkly clean for a party and they have gotten me on the schedule right away and made it happen.

Jeff is fantastic. He is very responsive Mon-Fri and seems to have a genuine care and concern for our pool and our business. We had an issue with the way one of his employees handled a few things. As soon as we let him know of the issue, he stepped in and did what was necessary to rectify the situation. He is very easy to work with and a nice guy.
