Robert is just phenomenal. I found him on yelp, conversed with him in near real-time. He came to my house, before I even moved in! He's always punctual and today he provided me instructions on how to use my systems. Pool looks amazing after each of his cleanings!!! If I could give him 6 stars i would.

My filter was hit by this last freeze. I was calling around to everyone. Either they could not do the work until 3rd week in March or they just did not get back to me. Robert got right back to me, came over the next day. He gave me alternatives not just tell me what I needed.
He was quick in responding and in the repair.

I've never owned a pool before, and when we moved into this house the pool was abysmal. I threw out some quotes and Robert responded, offering to come over and check it out. He knew instantly something was wrong as soon as he opened the door to the backyard.
Long story short, he is nothing short of a wizard when it comes to pools. Super knowledgeable, eager to teach, and most importantly, gets the job done perfectly.
His prices are more than reasonable and highly competitive.

Robert has been our "pool guy" since 1999. Can't say enough about his reliability, professionalism, and dedication to customer service. He's often gone the extra mile to alert us to a potential pool system problem or just handled a concern himself. His billing is accurate and timely. A plaster repairman told us it's the best old plaster he'd seen--that our pool guy is doing a great job. He's very friendly and loves his family. And most importantly to us, he's never let the dogs out.
