While I knew we desperately needed a new roof, the expense was way more than I thought we could afford. I first met Rick almost 12 years ago when he came to our door asking if we wanted a free roof inspection after a storm. He found damage that insurance covered and we had his company, Katy Roofing & Restoration, put on a new roof. We were so grateful for his help and expertise!
This week we had Rick come out again to inspect our roof and check some small water spots on our ceiling that we’d been noticing. He came out almost immediately and diagnosed the problem as a minor plumbing issue. He didn’t even charge us for his time!

Chris Lanning and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and had answers to all of our questions. He also contacted other companies to replace our solar screens and gutters. His crew, in a word, knew what they were doing. They came for an estimate and did not charge for just caulking.
I had a small leak close to the chimney at my recently bought house and I asked some roofers to come and give me a estimate. Different roofers told me different things that needed to be done. One of them did not even bother to go up the roof. Chris Lanning, from Katy Roofing and Remodeling, explained me everything in details and showed all the potential causes for the leak. He simply caulked them and told me that that should do. If it didn't I could call him and he would redo some of the shingles and flashing and gave me an estimate

Great company to deal with. Update 11/2016: Although the roof install in the comments below was done in January, Mother Nature sent hail during the April Tax Day storm. Our roof was damaged and needed to be replaced again.
