My new roof looks great! Outstanding Father / Daughter team, James and Brooke, you and your crew really knocked it out of the park!- We have been trying for the last few years to get our roof replaced, the insurance company has been totally non-responsive on this. We've had previous hail damage that really needed repaired, not to mention the big winter storm and MORE hail damage this year.
James handled all of our interaction with the insurance company and did the necessary arm-twisting it took to get them to finally step up.- During the time they were wrangling with the insurance company and getting the job organized, Brooke did an excellent job of keeping my wife informed as to where they were.

I was unable to be around to deal with the insurance company and other parts of the process, they took care of everything for me. I didn't have to do anything. My roof and gutters look amazing. Their workers were fast and they left no signs around my house that they had ever been there. Highly recommend.

I would like to take a mintue and share our experience with the folks at The Roof Depot. My wife and I are very happy and thankful for the professional, courteous, caring and very good attitude of these folks. I want to send out a very big thank you to Mrs. Brooke Filip and Mr. Santos for all y'all have done to make this Hail strom disaster manageable. I had my roof damaged due to a hail storm and had many companies stop by to do inspections, but only Santos Rodriguez and The Roof Depot went the extra mile. Santos actually took the time to explain absolutely everything about what hail damage does to the shingles. I was extremely impressed with the way he was able to educate me, sold me instantly with amount of care he showed me. Santos handled everything with my insurance from helping me call in the claim, adjuster visit and helping me understand the insurance summary. I also was impressed with his honesty and The Roof Depots principles and morals

The Roof Depot comes through for me once again. My front porch roof developed a leak and James's crew was able to repair the porch roof to like new condition in an efficient, timely cost effective manner. Not only has The Roof Depot repaired my porch roof they reroofed my entire house and bbq shed a couple of years ago after a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company and the whole process was painless. Since then they have also installed screens on all,of my gutters so I'll never have to clean them again. The pricing beat everyone else out there and I shopped around.
