I have to say that working with Texan roofing was one of the most pleasant experiences that my wife and I have had ever had dealing with any home improvement businesses. Brian is a great human being and is a very honest individual. From the moment we contacted him last year (2020) to do some repairs on our old roof he was extremely genuine about the repairs needed and avoided unnecessary repairs that would of costed us more money. We were very pleased with our new roof. A ridge vent was needed to prevent heat blistering in the front. They put down tarp around the house to catch any debris and even protected the flower beds. Great job on the cleanup too. Our first rain test occurred last week .. no issues.

Our roof badly needed to be replaced and Brian over at Texan Roofing was great in helping us get everything we needed. He came out quickly, provided us the quote up front, and was extremely responsive to all our emails. The guys showed up early, got everything done quick, and did a thorough job cleaning up after they were done. The roof looks amazing!

I'm a person not used to write customer reviews but Brian Carpenter deserves a good one. He and his crew installed my roof in 2019 with a fair price and did a nice job. You know many companies could do a nice job and some with a fair price, but not all of them keep treating you well thereafter, doesn't matter if you have a warrant/insurance or not. This is why I seldom write a very good customer review and recommend strongly. But I think I need to write a good one, after a leaking happened in late 2020. We've use Texan Roofing twice now- on two of our homes. Both times they have been stellar. They are pretty prompt with the communication, and the crew does a pretty good job of prepping and cleaning up.
During our recent roof replacement, they laid down tarp all around our landscaping and pool and cleaning up pretty nicely after they were done.
Brian was very helpful throughout the process and kept us updated by sending picture of the progress and walked around ensuring everything was being done properly. We'll definitely use Texan Roofing again for our roofing needs.

Ah, there's the stellar customer service I'm looking for.. I'm not a roofer; by that definition I have a life (although you've since deleted this comment). Thanks for siding with your rep without reaching out to address or mitigate my concerns. Why on God's green earth would I take time out of my busy day to put someone down if I wasn't truly irritated. Your bashing will not help you (although you've since deleted the bashing as well).

I found it hard to believe that a roofing company could be as good as their reviews, but Texan Roofing sure lives up to their reputation. While I had a hard time even getting other companies to come give me a quote, Adam came by on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend!) and gave me a fair bid. He also gave me his cell phone number and was super responsive from start to finish.
The re-roof started around 7:30am and was completed by 5 that same day. It was nice not having to worry if my exposed roof would be vulnerable to a rainstorm in the middle of the night. These guys are legit.

Sales pitch is great. Very professional, until you sign on the line. After that, a crew showed up, put the roof up and left without even saying they are done. They left my patio furniture and gas grill in the yard for me to move back. They left scraps and nails in my driveway which cost me a tire. Three follow up appointments with the rep were no shows with no notice or explanation. We still have shingles showing up in our yard after each storm. This may be left over mess, or something worse. I dealt with Brian during the whole process. We did as Christine did (below) and got a few more estimates. Between the professionalism and thoroughness of the quote given by Texan Roofing I have to say the cheaper quote did not seem so appealing. You know this is something that needs to pass the test of time I wanted to know we picked the right contractor to help protect one of our biggest assets. By the way, the neighbors have already told us how outstanding it looks. Very impressed. You may save money going with someone else but the quality will probably suffer.

After Having a handyman repair my roof without success, I researched the web and found Texan Roofing. I contacted this company after reading great reviews and seeing their BBB A+ rating. Texan roofing came out to fix my leak, and they were very conscientious and where very efficient. They are a company I would recommend. And although there was a mix up with the schedule, initially, they were very apologetic about it and it was something that happened that was outside of their control. I didn't mind that at all.

These guys are not so bad. They keep their schedule on time and are willing to do the job (if its fixing some leaks and things like that) right away considering you are not replacing the whole roof. Pricing are not gauged up either.
Update: After about 6 months and 2 visits, the leak is not fixed and started pouring even worse. I called a different company this time who will actually replace some vent stacks and not put more caulk like Tim did. We shall see.

We found out about Texan Roofing via Yelp. Based on all the positive reviews, we decided to use them. We are glad we did because Texan Roofing made the transaction pleasant! Thursday, Tim Kana, came by to give a quote and within a week, the roof was completed! Tim takes care of business. If you're in need of a roof, we highly recommend Texan Roofing.

I had my roof done yesterday & couldn't wait to post my review! It looks awesome! Texan Roofing (Tim) came to give me an estimate looking very professional, wearing a company shirt & in his company truck. Being a wife that's home and allowing men in the home, I look for these forms of identification. His estimate included measurements, replacing vent covers, & painting existing pipes black to match the charcoal shingles I had picked. It also included replacing the drip edge. The price was good but I had another estimate set up for a few days later. I might as well compare

Met with Tim Kana one day and less than 5 days later he was at my house, stripped my roof and did a full roof replacement and clean up in one day. He was very professional from the very beginning and did everything he said he would do. They protected all flower beds, windows and doors. We will recommend them in the future.

Texan Roofing came out and repaired a good friend of mine's roof. Other roofers had been out and could not quite fix the leak over the bathroom. Tim Kana, the owner, showed up as promised and determined exactly what needed to be done on this nearly flat roof. His crew cleaned up thoroughly when done and the estimate was very accurate so their were no surprises. Since I am in a related construction field I was very happy to have a company I could refer my clients to.
