We had premier glass and screen come and replace all the screening and vinyl windows in our EZBreeze porch. They were excellent. very meticulous. Replaced missing tabs. Everything looks great and works much better than before. Highly recommend them!

This is a horribly managed company. We met with Frank for an estimate. We drove 2.5 hours to meet with him. He promised to send us a quote "within a couple days". Two weeks later, after never hearing back from Frank, we reached out to the company again asking for the estimate he promised to send us. We were anxious to get the job scheduled. No one from this company had the courtesy to even return our call and/or send us the promised estimate. Our experience is consistent with other reviews posted about this company. Had Frank come by for scheduled appointment. He promised to get back to me with an estimate in a couple days. It's been weeks and I haven't heard a word! Seems to be the standard operating procedure of this company. Other posted reviews share the same experience. Crazy way to run a business. If they are too busy to take on new projects, why waste homeowners time with bogus estimates. I guess he is chasing six-figure jobs.

I had a window repair done by this company. Some issues started back with the windows less then 2 months later , The office manager (Jessica Workman )wanted to charge me 135.00 to come back out. Apparently , there is no warranty with any of the workmanship . The Owner and General manager ( Jordan Workman ) after repeated calls ( For 1 week ) will not call me back to even attempt too make this right, The work was done on a Elderly womans home. I would not use this company under any circumstances because of its lack of professionalism and response.

One of the best experiences I ever had with a contractor. From the time Frank came to my home to get measurements to the completed installment, everyone was so friendly and polite.
