Master Jack installed a new hurricane shutter at Ocean City condo. Our rep, Jeff Timmons, showed up the same day I called and had a quote to us within a day. He kept us fully in the loop as the shutters were being manufactured and shipped. At installation the team showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Beginning of June I stopped at Master Jack shop in Bishopville MD, I talked to Mark, I asked if they will come and give me an estimate to replace 17 Windows in Ocean City they give me Jeff phone # I called him and he told that he was going in vacations in next couple days he will call me back at return from the vacation, two weeks ago I called the office to try to schedule for someone to come and give me the estimate finally they schedule it , Jeff showed up very unprofessional before he take any measurements or talking about Windows he said that will cost me me about $1000 for small window and

We had Master Jack in to give us a quote for a new storm door (with a rolling screen) and a new sliding patio door (with built in interior blinds). The guy that was here (Jeff) said when he was here that he doesn't recommend interior blinds on sliding doors. When he left, he said we'd have a proposal in 2-3 days. We waited a week, at which point, I called and then got the proposal later that day. Not only was it the highest of all of our estimates, it was an estimate for a door that we didn't want - it was for just a standard sliding patio door (no interior blinds) - it stated that built-in blinds

I’ve turned to MasterJack for two major projects at my condo at the Pyramid building in Ocean City, MD. Several other contractors had either not shown up, never followed through, or completely declined to take on the job due to the complexity and age of the building. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called the company for an estimate to repair all of the windows in my home, due to the age of my windows , the hardware needed to be replaced. The windows did not specify the name of the manufacture, due to the age of the windows, and they stated if you provide me with the name of the manufacture, I can obtain the hardware to fix the windows. That same day, I called with the manufactures name, and he stated he would provide me with an estimate. Three days later, no call from Masterjack, so I followed up, and they stated his estimator would call me

Can't say enough good things about this company. We bought a sliding glass door over 3 years ago for our Ocean City beachfront condo. A few weeks ago, we had terrible wind and no one could sleep due to the whistling from between the 2 main portions of the fixture. Figuring we were way past the warranty and out of luck, I called to see if there were any adjustments I could make myself. Talked to someone there about the problem and in 30 MINUTES, MasterJack Techs Mark and Jeff came, assessed the situation, completely removed and re-installed the door! They were here 2 hours at no charge. They said

I experienced the exact same thing that "John R" & "Troy T" described in their negative reviews of this company. It's pretty obvious that there is a pattern here with this company so please read on!! I guess this company has so much business & is making so much money that they don't need mine (or yours)! I had a broken entry door at my condo in Ocean City so clearly this was an urgent issue for me (the equivalent of not having a front door on your house)!!
