Well I call 3 Times. First to schedule. Wrong Day according to them. Not true but OK. Second time rescheduled again. Called today the third time to make sure they were coming. They answered and were VERY RUDE. I mean REALLY RUDE. I thought our time was 9:00 AM wrong again. They said forget it call someone else. I never write anything like this but I do they think he needs some help. So I did call another Garage Door Person and moved on. I would really NOT recommend this company,. I gave 1 Star probably a zero.

This company has gone above and beyond for me over and over the last few years! With the current issues in our country with being able to get materials and the lack of finding people to work they still have come through for me. When a door I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer they notified me immediately. Their pricing, quality, and professionalism is exceptional!

I telephoned this person because someone I respect referred me to Randy Perkins, I called for the second time today. I was told by him that "He knows just how good he is" and "He knows just how much how much NO! was the answer to the installation of my Rolling Steel Door is. I was told how professional this person was, and what great work would result?? I guess that these rating were not made on merit, just because the people were convinced by him how great he was?!?! My garage door hit a falling ladder and got out of alignment on the track. Sent Expert Overhead an e-mail Good Friday evening not expecting to hear from them till after the holiday weekend. Randy called me first thing Saturday morning got me scheduled on his route and let me know his eta. He showed up as promised on Saturday super professional and fixed the issue with out a problem. Communication, professionalism and service was some of the best in the trade business will recommend and use again.

Randy Perkins, owner, is terrific. My garage door spring popped and I was able to schedule a service appointment only two days out. Randy arrived on time, was courteous, professional and took all steps to mitigate COVID (masked, distanced, etc.). He explained the details of what happened, what needed to be fixed and completed the work quickly and cleanly. This was my first experience as a home owner with a garage door problem and I was skeptical of being overcharged. Not an issue; pricing was competitive and excellent service... priceless. Great business I have already recommended to neighbors
