Making sure your HVAC equipment is routinely serviced by a professional HVAC technician is as important as taking your car to a mechanic for its required oil changes and maintenance. If an extended service contract or agreement is not already in place, our technicians may often offer to set up a maintenance agreement for you standardized scheduled system maintenance.

They put in a mini split in our 12 x 36 SunRoom - it is high efficiency because of all the windows. It is soo quiet both inside and outside units. It works like a charm - we love it!! Underwoods were just great - they explained everything - cleaned up before they left and they are even going to register it for us!! We will for sure use them again and highly recommend them!

Todd, the owner, worked me into his schedule and came out to diagnose and fix my AC unit. We have had record breaking heat the last few days, with today to be the worst, so I felt very fortunate he was able to see me so quickly after being contacted. It took him just a minute to determine I needed a new capacitor, get it replaced, and add a little Freon. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He will be my go-to from now on.
