I was not fortunate enough to have similar experience with 619 Roofing as other reviewers.
I had severe leak in four spots in a newly purchased home, my home warranty (American Home Shield, AHS) contracts their work through 619. My work order was expediated and I was informed by AHS that they spoke with 619 roofing to come out in 24 hours for evaluation/repair. 619 never reached out and I had to initiate the call with them. First they said they never received the work order from AHS which was later found to be because they didn't "check" their email. I call AHS again and they sorted

I can't say enough about the great job this company did for our roofing project. From start to finish everything was handled with professionalism. We knew exactly what we were paying for, when it was going to be delivered, and how it was going to be done. We received nothing but great service and a crew that cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Even after the project was done and we had to call in a couple of items they came out right away no questions asked and helped us. I highly recommend 619 roofing.

We had the roof (tile) lifted and the underlying paper removed and replaced. They updated the all the areas of the roof to comply with current building codes for Carlsbad. The process from beginning to end was handled in a very professional manner. Carlos was the onsite supervisor and he did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with Alana Pimentel who oversaw the initial proposal and cost estimate.

We recently had our roof lifted and relayed by 619 Roofing. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Eric Lopez was amazing to work with. He came out and did a thorough inspection and estimated the job, explained all of our options, and recommended the best type of roof replacement. Eric was very professional and gave us a great deal! When the job started, the workers were prompt, diligent, professional, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up. Our new roof looks amazing and we would recommend 619 Roofing to anyone.

We had a roof leak during the recent rains and requested quotes from several roofers. Our experience with 619 Roofing was excellent. The estimate was extremely detailed and the team who did the estimate were very thorough. I hired Eric to inspect two properties I was looking to buy in the San Diego Area, and he came out on time, was very polite, and explained everything to me.
