This is a review about creating a positive situation from a negative one.
At the end of last August, Al Lawrence installed a new central Air system at my mothers house. There were never any more hot days last summer so the system was never pushed hard and appeared to work.
Well this year was a different story, and the evaporator would consistently freeze up. Now this is not a simple system. This is a high velocity system retrofitted into an old house. After a week or two of diagnosis, they discovered that the condenser system was too large for the air handler. Rick Lawrence was great, communicating

Our heat went out and the house was 48 degrees this morning. They showed up within an hour of calling them, despite being busy, and had our heat back on in 30 minutes. The gentleman who fixed our heater was very polite and professional and the cost was affordable and fair. He did an excellent job and we definitely recommend this company!! Thank you so much!

My mom used Al over the years. She replaced oil boilers that ran out of water. The last boiler was put in with an automatic feed - 10 years ago - way after the rest of the world had to worry about running out of hot water.
We have had issues with the burner jet until it was replaced by a competing firm. The pipes have burst and found out a repair to a pipe was made with solder instead of through replacement and it failed a second time until fixed by a reputable plumber.
I am now faced with thee choice of replacing this poorly installed oil boiler or to pay through the nose to replace with
