Fujitsu Mini-Split (AC+Heat) installed with four interior units.
Had Mini Splits installed less than two years ago and have had the technician out for problems 4 times. The latest visit cost an additional $4,000 dollars! Which I couldn't even add to the no interest financing. While their no interest financing made it possible to install the system which we otherwise would not have been able to afford, we have had nothing but problems since the beginning.

I have an older home so the toilet install wasn't as easy as I anticipated but I definitely think this plumber gave me the run around. He was trying things that even I could tell wouldn't work and at one point told me he would have to pull down all the cabinets and remove and replace all pipes in the kitchen and that would cost around $15k so of course when he gave me the price to install the toilet I was relieved it was so much less lol he was in my house for about 8 hours taking frequent cigarette breaks and kept presenting an iPad throughout the day for me to sign because the price kept going

Wonderful experience! I truly had such a great experience with this company. Unfortunately, my house flooded during hurricane Ida and as a result I had major damage to my outdoor unit causing my heat/air conditioning not to work properly. Having not renewed my HVAC post-installation complimentary service contract with Adam Mechanical [A_M], and not yet signed up with a different service provider, I recently decided to replace the air filter myself, which I had done with my previous system. Super honest - a few years ago, another company (the one with the billboards) told us we needed a whole new heater, but Adam told us we could just repair it, and we got another 3+ years out of it. Dan came out last week to repair the A/C and said he found a leak. We paid $761 for leak sealant and added refrigerant. He returned a few days later for a quick check and declared no leak. Over the weekend, the A/C stopped and Service Manager Mike came out this morning. He found an obvious leak next to the unit and slight bend in the copper tubing that he said shouldn't be there. It appeared the leak wasn't sealed and Dan must have overlooked it during his check. Moreover, Dan had mentioned nothing about the bend next to the unit. I had a plumbing issue for which my regular plumber couldn't come out soon enough. I had used Adam Mechanical for HVAC service and learned that they also did plumbing. They were able to schedule me for the day after I called. The plumber arrived within the window promised and fixed the issue without issue. He wore booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely. The only gripe is that they were more expensive than my other regular options (by 2x over one and 30% more than the other). But they do quality work and were able to meet my time frame. We contacted Adam Mechanical and three competitors to solicit estimates for an air conditioning system in our home. After all four of the companies visited and inspected our house, it was abundantly clear that Adam Mechanical was the right choice. Adam Mechanical sent someone out on a cold and snowy Saturday to look at why my heat pump was constantly on aux heat. The house was warm enough but that was killing my electric bill. The only people happy were the folks at PECO.
Ricardo came out and found that the unit needed some minor maintenance and, before long, it was functioning as normal. I purchased a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. Recently had Adam's Mechanical come in and do a tune up for the Winter. The technician was on time and came closer to the start time of the "service window" that I was provided with which was like 3 hours. This was big as I couldn't spend 3 hours waiting for the service person to show up! The technician was quite thorough in his check of the system (which incidentally was purchased from and installed by Adam's Mechanical about 3 years ago). We contracted with Adam Mechanical to install a high-velocity AC system in our 3-story Dutch colonial home. I had a very good experience with Adam Mechanical when they came out to fix my gas furnace. The technician quickly identified the bad wire in the system and fixed it. The tech also provided a lot of useful maintenance information and adjusted the air/gas mixture. Unknown to me our furnace was producing very high levels of CO2 which the tech fixed. My heat broke last night and I did not discover it until about 8:45. Upon getting recommendations from a Facebook group I belong to I called Adam mechanical. It was late at night on the coldest day we'd had all year and I could tell they had been busy that day. Seth called me back in less than ten minutes and he arrived close to ten pm. Very pleased with Adam Mechanical! My 28-year-old A/C died on a Saturday morning. I called them, and Seth came out the same day. They had a quote to me for a new system on Monday (I decided to replace the 28-year-old furnace too), and they even sent a tech out at no charge to me to try and patch my dead system until they could install the new one. (They couldn't schedule me for a week and a half, but it's the height of the summer and they were totally honest about it.)
