Zach and Hailey are absolute life savers. I was in full panic mode after being told by a professional hvac company that I had a disaster going on in my crawl space. These two came to my home, they were calm, they assured me everything was going to be okay. They went above and beyond and made sure I wasn't left in the lurch the hvac company left me in. Took 5 months from start to finish. Took another 5 month After completion before they could get the billing figured out. Also been trying to get some things fixed that were not done properly the first time, this has been 5 months of we will get it next week. The builds were poorly done, skill of the tradesmen were fair to good. The managing poor to sad. Lots of promises without fulfillment. Would mention names so the tradesmen could get a bonus, but I liked them and do not want this to reflect them specifically. Quality comes from company values ultimately.

We had a leak in our dishwasher and it flooded the area around our kitchen island and and floor in the kitchen, dining and hallway area of our home. Resto Clean was assigned to complete the mitigation cleanup by our insurance company. The cleanup took about a week to complete. I had mold growing inside my bathroom, called Restoclean for mold testing. Cody came out to do the sampling. He is very knowledgeable with a great attitude. Very happy to find a company that will be honest and straight to the point. Hands down a wonderful group of people to interact with.

One of my rental properties out in the Boise area had a water heater fail causing damage to majority of the living room and crawlspace. Cody went out for a free inspection, leading them to getting started immediately. Cody not only took care of my tenants but also went above and beyond with sending me daily detailed messages with pictures while the work was being done. Our real estate agent recommended Resto Clean.
We got an immediate appointment (I was very surprised! - Usually takes days to weeks).
The initial assessment was fast and professional.
The very next morning the techs - Zachary and Talon - showed up early in the morning and got to it!
Fast, precise, friendly (usually can't get all of this at the same time :)).
I am confident they will find why this happened and make sure it is fixed in the right way.

Resto Clean provided some of the best customer service I have seen. From my initial phone call to the office I was impressed by the friendly voice and knowledgeable, professional help. Even though my wife and I have 2 children and a large dog, we had not had our carpets cleaned in over 6 years - so our carpets were simply filthy. I couldn't stand to look at my carpets any longer, so I called up RestoClean and within 1 week they were able to fit me into their schedule to clean my carpets before we had company come to town. I had Resto-Clean referred to me by my insurance agent, and I couldn't be happier! We had a terrible vandalism incident at one of our properties which resulted in large biohazard clean up and repair. So this evening our tub overflowed, filled our upstairs and began leaking downstairs, I searched online for what to do when waters coming through the ceiling and found this company. Filled out the contact form and within like 10 seconds they gave me a call and had a gentlemen named Sam come out right away to help clean it up and dry it out and prevent further damage.

Nate and his team were everything I could ask for in the scare of my last flood. I was a wreck when my pipes burst and had no idea what to do or expect. They checked in with me throughout the process and I at one time received a call from the owner (Nate) to ensure that I was comfortable with the process and receiving five star service.

My insurance company recommended that I use Resto Clean for a mold abatement and then subsequent repair in my North End home.
This very small project started in April 2017 and now, 5 months later, is slowly coming to an end.
I absolutely would NOT recommend using this company.
They did a fine job with the mold abatement, came in quickly, did the appropriate dry out process, etc. It was mold located in one wall of my front room.
After that, however, everything went downhill.
My front wall was torn out for months.
It was nearly impossible to get anyone to call back when I asked for communication

I dislike leaving negative reviews but this service was a waste of money. I had to hire another carpet cleaning company after Resto Clean came out. None of the dirt and stains from my carpets came out. My carpets was wet for three days and the cleaners hose disconnected from the van and I had water all over my front yard. I would not recommend their services.

Sketchy......that's the best word. You start out with a good deal...then you get pressured into doing more or adding services. I guess that's called up selling..but no thanks is not the end. Won't use again specifically because of the tech that cleaned my moms carpet. The service was like most other cleaners. Look for a better deal not missing much here.
