Justin and Nick came out after we noticed water leaking in from the roof. Super friendly and professional, they used a variety of tools to run comprehensive inspection on the interiors of the wall, making sure of anything that needs cleaning/mold removal. Good thing they are prompt and fast that we saved potentially lots of money having to repair any significant structural/mold damage.

I had a home inspection performed for a sale of home and the home inspector flagged for so called microbial growth and moisture moisture content in the ceiling almost killing the sale. I had ultraclean go in and reinspect the problem areas that were flagged using their quality equipment and knowledgeable staff With no issues found. My husband and I would highly recommend Ultraclean Pro. I noticed a seam on my laminate floor in front of my dishwasher looked like it was raised just a tiny amount and asked if Ultraclean could send someone to check it for me. They sent Justin the same day to give us an estimate. He had to access our crawl space which was located in our spare bedroom closet. My wife and I were confronted with a broken drain pipe in the kitchen wall. The plumbers (Scott & Doug from Master Rooter) suggested we call Ultra Clean. Very hard working individuals! I unfortunately had my septic line blow TWICE and without fail and always with a smile, they took great care of us! They had a new employee they were doing a working interview with and she was fantastic as well! For being her first day on the job, this was one heck of a working interview. We have never used UltraClean and never will! Tonight an UltraClean truck tailgated is for 2 miles honking and flashing their light. He eventually passed us illegally. If this is the way you represent your company I want no part of that! My daughter was scared he was going to follow us home. I will spread the word!

Our home flooded on Good Friday, a call was made to Ken Hurst, who sent his team to our home immediately. Kaden Isaacson and Fernando evaluated the situation and went to work. They did a fantastic job pulling up carpet in the living room, dining room and family room, removing our kitchen flooring and wet cabinets. The fans and other equipment were removed by Kaden and Justin on Wednesday.

Used these guys once and that will be the last ... they came out to take a look at the damage done to my house said some one would contact me in 2 days. I waited a week and had to call my insurance to figure out what was going on, they were surprised that NOTHING was done. They came out did the demolition, set all of my damaged cupboards in my garage and were going to re use the old moldy cabinets to "restore" my kitchen. After they were "done" I was told I would hear back from someone in 3 days... a week and a half went by and I had to call them. I did not get a return phone

All I had was an odor that I couldn't tell where it was coming from. I called Ultraclean and they sent their Disaster Response Team to help. As it turned out, I had a small leak around my bathtub drain, which they identified. The guys showed up to clean up the mess in clean suits so their dirty work would not make my house dirty. They recommended a great plumber to fix the leak, and they went to work on fixing the water damage. Long story short, they did a super amazing job, they did it fast and professional, they did it for a reasonable price, and they gave lots of helpful hints to prevent

I returned home from vacation to a flooded rental house. I didn't think it was too bad, neither did my property management company. We were wrong! When Brandon and his crew got involved, THINGS GOT DONE PROPERLY. They have instruments that help to find things that other people would never be able to. Christmas morning we had no water. Look in the crawl space, and there was a good four inches engulfing the bottom of our home. We called around and these folks were the only company that had any interest in helping during the holiday. Brandon answered and was incredibly empathetic!
