I had a VERY significant mold issue which Tyler and crew demo'd and remediated. In addition to being honest and easy to talk to, Tyler himself is a great human being. He would take a few minutes out of his obviously very busy day to let my curious young son poke his head in on the project from time to time and Tyler would talk about what he was doing. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Boise Mold Removal. These guys are fantastic.

Left a message 48 hours ago and no response. Edit: they did reach out when they noticed the negative review. I was able to show by phone records that I did phone them. There was apparently some issue beyond their control that prevented them from receiving my message. They were very concerned and wanted to make it right. Although I didn’t end up using their services, they seem to be good people and reviews from others shows that they do a good job.

Had an excellent experience with Boise Mold Removal. All they needed was a little flexibility in my schedule, and for that they were willing to give me service that went beyond my expectations. Hopefully don't have to use them again, but if I find mold in the future or at another house, I know who to call!
