Do not trust this company. It has been almost a year and project is yet to be finished. They also have received a action against their contractors license. Their BBB rating is less then perfect. Don't do what we did it has been a nightmare and I would do it myself rather then hire these people.
Don't give them money and if you have get it back and hire an honest company.

While our insurance company was more than a little evasive in addressing our project, Elite was persistent and professional dealing with them. We ultimately got the project we deserved. Up until our experience with Elite, we had never worked with anyone who knocked on our door. The woman that we spoke to was very knowledgeable about windows, the insurance process, and was very professional. She was determined to help us understand why she was calling on us and we are glad we listened.

***DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING CONTRACTOR!!*** We used them recently and it was the most horrible experience we've ever had with a supposedly "professional contractor" who, according to their own website, "is proud of the integrity and quality we [they] offer. We pride ourselves on the highest standards in professionalism."
