John was great!! They advertised the Jeep Gladiator for $5000 less than what they ended selling it to us. So other than jacking the price up, John was a real nice guy (and a fellow veteran).

Even if bad review is left they won't do nothing about it for their customer. They Bank on all the five star reviews from helping people get brand new vehicles not the people that are trying to service their vehicles. Was really let down through service department and customer service tried to help but in the end it only benefits them and not the customer.

I had another bad experience with this dealership. I took my car so they can work on it tomorrow and I asked to speak to the manager which I was told that the manager was not available and will call me back but I could not bring my car back until the manager spoke to me first. I bought 2019 Jeep compass from this dealership about 3 years ago and I have nothing but trouble with it ever since. They even have to fix my engine because of a bad oil consumption. My Chrysler Pacifica still under warranty they order parts for my Pacifica and it took almost 3 months waiting for Olympia jeep to call me no body call i checked twice last month they said i have to wait more and today i called the service department she said we canceled the part and decided not to do business with you anymore so if i still waiting i will never know they decided to not to do business with me any more at least they should inform me so i can find another dealer not waist my time waiting they never inform me i have an accent and i am black you understand what i mean if any

We had the best experience with Olympia Jeep. We only had to go I to the dealership after they already had a deal put together for us. I purchased a brand new Jeep Renegade from Olympia Jeep. It was beautiful, fun and the exact vehicle I wanted.

The first winter, the Jeep leaked from the right side front window and soaked the seat and carpet.

I called the service department as the vehicle was under warranty. The service department said they don't fix this, but contract it out. They reported that there is a really long wait list but they would put me on the list and contact me.

They never did.

I contacted the service department, attempting to get it fixed 4 times over the year and finally paid privately to have it

Best experience I've had so far buying a vehicle from a dealership! Customer service was top notch! John was a excellent salesman, obviously since I purchased that grand Cherokee limited L. Highly recommend John to anybody in the market for a vehicle if your visiting Olympia Jeep! Chrissy did an awesome job keeping me updated about the vehicle I was interested in, and Mark was a great Finance Manager, straight to the point. If I can give more than 5 stars I would!

Had a really great experience with Jeep. We had our car towed (under 50k on this vehicle) for both rear differentials and the pin broken. They estimated it taking close to 6 weeks. Incredibly grateful that they did it in 10 days. Jason was very kind to work with, and kept us updated on what was being done. We had a great experience and will always take our Jeep’s here.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They had my Jeep for two weeks ....when I dropped it off, I was told it "may be clutch....or may be something else...." I have been driving a clutch for 30 years.... I KNOW what a slipping clutch feels like. They said they would call with an estimate on day two. I never heard back until day 5! And ONLY because I called THEM! They NEVER returned phone calls, only sent my estimate via email AFTER I asked for it on day 6! If there were negative stars available, I would have used them. My Mother in Law brought her Chrysler 300 in for service when she started getting warning lights. Service indicated that the system computer was bad. She pre paid for the part and was told it was on back order(understandable, considering chip shortages). Part came in and she brought the car back. Computer was installed. Driving home from the dealership, all of the same warning lights came back on. She took the car back in. They informed her that there were two bad sensors and some wires had been "chewed". WHY WASN&apos

Great experience. Did all the work over text/calls. Literally showed up signed docs and left within 30 mins. No hassle or pressure. They also found additional discounts for me. I could not recommend going somewhere else more. I know people who have worked here and it is the most shady business practice. On the customer side, we had a friend trade in her Jeep and they proceeded to sell it at auction. They failed to transfer the title and the person with the jeep had crashed it and now she is being threatened by collections even though she has not had the jeep for 6+ months. Plenty of other options to buy a vehicle from, like Craigslist which is probably more professional. DO NOT SUPPORT

Coworker Traded a car in and 4 months later She is still dealing with the fallout!!
They never took the car out of her name before it went to auction and needless to say new owners did not put it in their name. They Wrecked a bunch of parked cars and now insurances and collections are coming after her. When you trade in a car at a major dealership you expect them do do there part correctly.

If you need a reminder on how car salespeople get such a bad rap this is your place. We have purchased 7 cars in the past 5 years and this was by far the worst experience.
It was a five hour process and the store was empty. 36 hours after purchase we noticed the lower side of the back bumper was dropping, it was missing screws. The attitude of the manager was very aloof and he said he had no clue how they could've happened as the car was only driven by the GM but they were selling the car as new.

As another reviewer mentioned double check the mileage reading. The advertised car mileage was

Very poor service department. Forget the express lube, it's not express at all, you get put in line with everybody else and no one tells you until you've been sitting for 2 hours and you go bug them. Appointments don't mean anything either, as it turns out. Go elsewhere for your Jeep service.

Very happy and very glad. Purchased my dream car without being pushed or hassled. I made 2 appoints at two different dealerships. Michael Flanigan hustled for me, and didn't pressure. I never made the 2nd appointment. I was nervous... my fist big alone purchase "no man" horror stories about women being taken advantage of. Nothing like that here. Worst dealership, liars and thieves. They don't tell you everything wrong with the car! We looked at a juke for my sixteen year old cousin, my husband's a mechanic so he tagged along with all his nifty equipment, because we don't trust sale's men! One of the axle needs to be replaced. This axle cost $400-$500 for a mechanic to buy not including you paying him for labor. They say they can change it for cheaper. But even if we fix it ourselves they did not want to bring the numbers down. These are cheap, grumpy, old guys. Go somewhere else.

Stayed on and was able to drop it off. Appreciated the shuttle service home so I could let the wife sleep in.
Was hoping for good news but mechanics could not determine what caused the light to come on. They kept me updated with a phone call each day. Had them do the required service as well. Everyone nice just wish they could have discovered the cause to the check engine light issue. See what happens. Had differential oil changed and brake fluid flush. That appeared to be pricey but I didn't shop around and get an idea

Drove down here from Redmond on Christmas Eve, since their website said they would be open until 4PM. I arrive a little after 2:30PM and they were already closed and showroom doors locked. They appear to have horrific and unprofessional management. I had an appointment to drop off my car for warranty work and the Service Manager tried shoving me into my car to go on a ride-along with him. I explained that the huge transmission jolt only occurs once or twice a week so I can't ride around all week with him, and he went nuts!! He was screaming and yelling, saying I NEED to get in my Jeep with him, or he's NOT letting me leave. I explained that my appt was to drop off my vehicle, but he didn't care and said he'd TOW my Jeep if I left without riding with him. He

Our first experience with the Olympia Jeep dealership (part of the Bruce Titus Automotive Group) was when the starter went out in my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at our home in DuPont.My Jeep currently has an Extended Warranty and most things on it are covered. While it was there, we got a call from the service manager complaining to us that they had to wait on hold to get authorization from our warranty provider. We weren't quite sure what to make of that. We also had to be the ones to call to see when our Jeep would be ready to be picked up- when we did call they said it was complete
