First of all, Rocky was great to deal with. My wife and I had been looking for a Toyota Sequoia for her for months. We had found several and test drove many of them. We didn't find what the wife wanted in the price range so we expanded our search online. We saw a Sequoia at Motors NW. From the sales man Tony Townsend, he was amazing! He wasn’t abrasive or pushy how some salesman can be at other dealerships, he showed us a couple suvs that we were interested in and made it work for our family. He made us feel welcome, he even offered us pizza because it was another employees Bday! He was awesome! The car ended up having tons of faults and issues..... I had to trade it in for a hybrid.... Steer clear of this place if you have the choice to, or vote with your dollar and don't let them tack on their inflated fees that they fill the list price with. All you have to do is leave, if enough people do, they will beg you to come back at the price you want.... You're the market! Not them

Be aware that Motors Northwest will add a "Worst Case Scenario" cost for a license fee, to the price their cars are listed at.
For us, a car was listed at $10,995 and we were told the final, out-the-door cost was $12,200, which was nearly $800.00 over the total cost of licensing, tax, title and tags fee.
The salesman told us it was "just normal fees" and "document fees",etc. but when the second salesman, the "supervisor" came in, he finally admitted that they add a "$750.00 worst case scenario" fee to their prices.
We left without purchasing

Great customer service, definitely a cut above the competition from what I've experienced in the Tacoma area. Jerry and especially Anthony were extremely welcoming, and patient with my inexperience when buying from a dealer. I believe that is deserving of a 5 star experience by itself.
As for the car pricing and quality, only time will tell its worth; I have high expectations from its Toyota make and car history however so I'll leave the second half pending for now.

Shopping for cars can be time consuming and tiring but Joy made it as enjoyable as possible. She never once was pushy-- unlike other car salesman who attempt to push sales without the individual being fully onboard. She listens to your concerns, interests and budget. Agreed on a price for a vehicle and made an appointment to come in and test drive. Not only was the salesman who made the appointment with me not there he didn't tell anyone else about our transaction. Even more frustrating the vehicle wasn't even there so couldn't test drive. Found out the vehicle was reported stolen 5 days beforehand and pretty sure the dealership was trying to cover it up. Don't go to this dealership!

I bought my car here over two years ago and it has been plagued with problems and in and out of the shop worst of all they sell you an absolutely worthless warrantee that really ends up covering nothing. Buyer beware and I wish I would've looked this business up on Yelp before ever coming here because I would not have even bothered showing up, let alone buying a car had I seen all the negative reviews.
