Reached out to the dealership through CarGurus. I got a reply from Darren Clevenger telling me the car I was interested in was available and asking if I wanted to come look at it. I replied 30 minutes after I got the email and told him I would like to come by the next morning to check it out, never received a response. I showed up to the dealer (~35 minutes from my home) and was greeted by another person (who was nice and helpful) was given the keys to the car to check it out and while I was looking at it the salesman came back out and said they just sold the car over the phone ultimately wasting

These guys are amazing!! Honesty is hard to come by when buying used vehicles as we all know. This car lot has the most honorable integrity that I've ever experienced at a used car lot!! Y'all the real MVP'S

So happy we found this used car lot! Great buying experience, no pressure, they made buying a used car into a pleasant process. We’ve been all over south king county searching for a commuter car and no one had deals like these guys! Def recommend and would purchase again for them! Also, they fixed our back light for free!

Bought a truck from them and it had a exhaust issue Jim the sale manager there stepped up and said he would take care of me sent me to the shop he uses and they took care of me a great experience in the end… and just so we clear they could of told me it’s not there problem and I would of had to come out of pocket my self to fix the issue…but they didn’t they paid for the shop to fix the issue these are good people and honest

Acts like they're your best friend and will hook you up and then boom they try and sell you a car with a 30% interest rate.

My wife and I came to look at a BMW they had. Great experience, no pressure, answered our questions, let us take the car for a test drive. Something turned up in the pre-purchase inspection that scared us off. I think many people would not have been bothered by what showed up. Am still wondering if we made the right decision, car had a great price, in good condition.

This place of business and folks who run and work here are by far the best I've ever come across or dealt with!
I've bought a car from them and wasn't happy with it, they had
no problem fitting me into another. Then had a few minor problems with the next one. And they stepped right up and addressed the issues as well!
Even sent a guy to my house to put a new stereo in my car too!
These people are so not the so called car lot type. They are decent and reasonable and care about you buying a solid car.

I wish I would've came here 2 years ago based on the reviews. I test drove a vehicle and when did not push forward the same day due to wanting an Inspection they did not let the inspector drive the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle it was a 3-5 min ride. Raises red flags. Won't be back. Glad I didn't purchase.

I have done business with these guys several times. They are family owned, very friendly and care about what suits your needs best above and beyond just getting a sale. I highly recommend stopping here first when buying a car.

I really could not recommend this place enough. I purchased a camper van here a couple of years ago from Jim & Randy that has been a dream. They have mechanics on site who inspect every vehicle so they can communicate honestly about the mechanical condition & I found their assessment to be completely accurate. They were also an absolute pleasure to work with & gave me a great deal. So when I recently needed a new day-to-day car I decided to go with them again - even though it took 2 hours, 3 buses, & nearly 3 miles of walking to get there from where I live - because I so appreciated

Carlos is so easy to work with and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. I would refer anyone to them if you are looking for a solid used car!

Buyer beware!!! If I could leave zero stars for this dealership I would. My daughter had the misfortune of working with Edgar in sales and he has been very unprofessional and downright rude while trying to work out an issue with canceling the extended warranty. Not only was the extended warranty not canceled, he became huffy and actually hung up the phone on us when trying to work out this issue.

We will be making an in person visit to this dealership to see if we can have an equitable solution. Hopefully management is willing to salvage their reputation and do the right thing. I will be posting
