** an update. About a month later. I had traded in my vehicle, that had payments on my previous loan, traded for a 4runner, for another loan with another bank. Till this day after a grace period my previous loan has not been paid off and now I'm getting emails regarding late payment. I've contacted Shelly many times regarding this and all I get is " they can't do nothing about it". First they said it has been sent then tell me that payment has been returned due to wrong address. Not good business ethics. Will see if it gets paid tomorrow

If I could give negative stars I would. Never do business with them for sales or service. NEVER! They sold us a piece of junk truck with multiple unsafe systems showing their service department doesn't know what it is doing or they don't care they sell unsafe vehicles. Upon bringing the truck back for service they made the issues worse. No working lights. Sent my kid off the lot with an unroadworthy vehicle. ILLEGAL! Refused to fix anything. Refused to buy it back. We had to put $1200 in to make the car drivable by our kid. They don't care about their customers. At all.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE!!!! from this dealership! I made the painful mistake of doing so. Purchased an infiniti from All American Motors. The General Manager stated the vehicle has been "thoroughly checked and tested" and "You don't have to worry about anything for a while". Well in about less than 30 mins on the freeway all of the check engine lights came on. Check engine, tire pressure Sensor and the vehicle was overheating. Negative 5 stars , I test drove a vehicle with my wife and when I got back they said that they had someone else buying it instead, and that I wasted their time, and that they were waiting on me and my wife to get back from the test drive so they could sell it. They offered 4K on my fully loaded off-road vehicle that has a resale of 15k with 0 mods. Meanwhile 3 salesmen were standing Infront of the entrance shooting crap with eachother pointing at me and my wife laughing. They will rip you off and try to make you feel dumb. And the vehicle these guys tried to sell me had flat tires squealing brakes

This dealership sells trucks that they KNOW have problems. It's one thing to try and make money off someone but it's another to sell a truck that is having problems when I clearly said that I have a 2 month old baby. Thankfully the deal didn't even go through and I was able to bring the truck back. 3 hours later I walked off the Fugate Ford Enumclaw lot with a Toyota Tundra with LESS MILES, LESS MONTHLY PAYMENT AND THE TRUCK WAS $3000 LESS. I purchased a vehicle from here and the salesman explained that my check engine light would go off after I left because the oil life just needed to reset, they also gave me the vehicle with not even enough gas to get home. The next day and weeks to follow the light remained on. I had to schedule an appointment at their auto shop (who do not work hand and hand because the person I talked to over the phone told me to talk to a man who was NO LONGER AN EMPLOYEE and hadn't been for years) which has almost no staff so they have terrible scheduling. We bought a nice, low mileage commuter (2012 Hyundai accent) great car, however AFTER checking NADA and Kelly BB, we paid about $1000 over what the car books at for high retail. I TRUSTED THAT THE CAR WAS PRICED FAIRLY, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, GO ELSEWHERE , this place will rip you off!!I called and spoke with an owner and was told that was market value for that car according to some fictitious algorithm he claims is used in the industry.....MARKET VALUE!!! It's a Hyundai barebones commuter. Will never come back to this lot, got totally screwed.

Don't buy a car from here. With all the work you'll have to put into the car, it ends up not being worth it. You're much better off spending a little more and buying a car from a real dealership. I'm a brand new car owner, just got my license a few months ago. Going into this, I knew nothing about cars. Paid nearly 10 thousand dollars for a vehicle that couldn't pass emissions and they wouldn't give us any help after we bought it. The day I took it home, three warning lights came on. Turned out to be a bad charcoal canister which I haven't been able to find cheaper than $750. This place wasn't any help and the best they offered was 20% off labor. At the start I thought these guys were real nice. They had a rig that I had been looking for, for some time. Hunter the sales rep was and still is a great gentlemen and was very friendly. Once I got into, bought the car from these guys, things were much different. I asked for a second set of keys for the car, if they could fix some scratches on it, I was given no such luxuries. But it was the car I wanted and had been looking for, I even paid about $2000 over Kelly blue book. From their, the problems started. I had narrowed down my choices to 2 cars in Tacoma. The first car was at a big commercial dealership where we felt very unwelcome. The salesman was patronizing and judgmental, and did not appear to want our business. The second car was at All American Motors down the street. We had arranged to see Josh Beckner, but he was out running an errand when we got there, so Kyle Tomko assisted us instead. From the minute Kyle greeted us, he was super friendly, personable, relatable, and welcoming--completely opposite of our first experience. I am amazed. I brought my car back in on Thursday. Firstly, the manager assured me that all would be taken care of, no problem. That they are proud of what they do and understood my stress and the situation. It really was that simple. Austin had updated the office about the situation and all they were waiting for was for me to come in. I didn't even have to give the full run down, they were all on the same page.
There is a repair shop attached to the dealership and the Shop Manager, Simeon, came up and introduced himself, explained what he'd like to do to check out the car

I found a car online I'd been looking into purchasing for sometime! After sending an automated message to the dealer specifying interest in the vehicle (at 9pm the night before) I was called promptly and emailed giving me information and letting me know the vehicle was still available and I could come in for a test drive!
I arrived early and Richard was ready to help me right away! Went for a test drive and was happy with the vehicle!
