I had and emergency basement flood on Friday. It ruined the HVAC ducting underneath the house. I called James at 4:45 to get service. He had somebody at my house at 8am Monday morning. They were finished by 2 that afternoon. Good service. Smart guys who know what they're doing and they come quickly.

Air Nerds saved us! I was home with a sick infant and our air stopped working. I messaged early one morning and they were here by 10AM! It was a quick fix and they checked our entire air conditioning system. Was able to give recommendations of how to upkeep our system as well. Fairly priced. Will use them again!

Air Nerds installed a new heat pump and air handler at our home yesterday, and from start to finish everything was terrific. The crew was personable and professional, and the install went smoothly. This morning, I woke up to a warm, cozy home and feel confident that we went with the right team. The price was very reasonable, and James upgraded our air handler to a variable speed model free of charge when the basic unit was unavailable by day of install. The heat pump is much more quiet than our old one, so that's a bonus for us (and our neighbors...ha!). These guys are top notch, work very well

They were responsive to my inquiries and we scheduled a diagnostic visit. James was good at updating us on his ETA and when him and Brian arrived, they had the initial discussion with my wife regarding COVID protocol, where they would need to go and explained expected noises and the such, which was wonderful as she was home with our baby at the time. I arrived home towards the end of their visit and James was patient and thorough in discussing with me what he has seen, the current state of both systems in our house and several options with repair and maintenance. James Martin and his team are phenomenal! They gave us the best quote and provided great education on the different systems. On Monday, they arrived on time and each tech was extremely friendly and introduced themselves with a smile on their faces. They worked in the chilly rain to remove the old heat pump and never complained. After removing the old system and seeing the poor condition of the current duct work, James clearly explained our options so we could decide what was best for us and our budget. I meant to write this review a couple weeks ago when the Air Nerds team was out to clean our clothes dryer vent duct. One of the team was Seth, and I forgot the other young man's name. They were both very professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. They cleaned out the duct, which was completely blocked. They showed me how the poor design of the external vent contributed to the blockage and how I can clean it myself in the future. I appreciate their candor, but will most likely just give Air Nerds the business in the future!

I was NEVER given a written summary of the diagnosis of my unit. They demanded my email address, saying they had to have that, to send a receipt. I NEVER got me a receipt. Owner James said he was sending me a check for $150.00, on July 9th, so I could get another diagnosis, from another Company; however, that check NEVER came.

Definitely would hire them again. Next-day service. Inspected my heat pump and didn't do anything for it because nothing was needed. (No extra costs.) Installed a safety mechanism. Only (minor) ding was that they were running behind schedule, but considering that it was next-day service, I don't consider it a big deal.

Air Nerds provided accurate and through service on my home. I had a drain line issue with my heat pump/furnace. Air Nerds began their service with a complete diagnostic of my AC unit, including the HVAC outside. They explained everything to me, and also answered all questions. Air Nerds then proceeded to get the drain line cleaned out and gave preventive maintenance tips as well. Pricing was more than fair! Air Nerds was on time and ready to work. They are now my go-to for any AC related issues. Thank you!
