Daniel came out to the house the day we called the company. He checked out our furnace and had it running again. He then took the time to explain what had happened, what’s going on with the system and then gave us several options on what should be done. We decided to have the system replaced. The crew came out the next day (promptly) and replaced the system. The crew was very professional and respectful. They wore masks and shoe coverings. They provided updates on what they were doing. They made sure the job site was cleaned up and hauled away the trash, debris, and old system. At the completion

The technician, Daniel, was very professional. He did not use any technical jargon to try to confuse me and was very up front. He assisted not only with repairs, but was able to walk me through the entire process of replacing my whole system, from quoting to financing and installation. This started out as quite a stressful situation, but Davis and their employees were able to take the majority of the stress out of it.

Great team who came out and fixed our heat extremely fast! We had a new furnace installed within 2 business days of identifying the problem. The gentleman that came for the service call (on the weekend) showed up within 2 hours of the phone call placed and was professional and very thorough in explaining everything to me. The team that did the install and got it up and running worked tirelessly to have it running the same day it arrived to get heat back on in my house with 2 small children.

Davis HVAC did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system. They were very responsive, reasonably priced and did not try to up sell me on anything. Daniel and Ursula installed my system in 1 day and were professional and courteous. Daniel stayed to be sure I understood all parts of my new system and they were careful to clean up everything prior to leaving. I highly recommend Davis HVAC.

Great experience. No pushy sales efforts. Great value for the price. Other companies told us it could be as much as three weeks for systems to even arrive, then they would schedule installation. All four components were installed in two weeks. Installers were very polite and even made recommendations on how to ensure the longevity of the new systems.

I never have time to write reviews but I had such a bad experience and am so upset that I had to spend some time warning others and wish I had been warned myself against these people.
We were really taken advantage of. We called this company because we had their sticker on our thermostat. We felt our electricity bills were too high and wanted him to check the system. On the phone they said that to check the system cost about $50, and any repair would cost extra so I said OK.

Company made installation error causing a malfunction of new equipment, requiring immediate repair. Several weeks later a new thermostat went bad and also required immediate replacement. Company was unresponsive to reasonable requests to ameliorate the problems and was unpleasant in the process. We have dealt with many service providers over the years; this was one of the worst and oddest experiences we've had.
