What a great experience we had! I cannot say enough good things about Adam and his team. Adam responded to my call within 24 hours, showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable in discussing our needs. Likewise, his team showed up every day on time, took great care and pride in their work. We are thrilled with the results, and the whole experience was MUCH easier than I would ever have expected. We had a very professional and pleasant experience, from meeting Adam at the showroom in Castle Rock, to the final moment of the installation process. Adam was very helpful as we chose new flooring. The timing of installation was flexible, and we chose when we wanted.
The installation team was led by an extremely detailed and professional man. They were pleasant and polite as they worked, cleaning up often throughout the process. We recently purchased carpet from Colorado Carpet & Flooring located in Castle Rock. Sales Executive Adam Clements and his installation staff did not disappoint! The carpet selection process, setting up the install and getting it completed were very easy. The costs were very competitive with estimates we received from larger carpet stores in the Denver area. The installation crew was efficient and worked hard to get everything perfect. The shop has a wide variety of samples to consider and we would recommend that you give them a call. We can't thank Adam and his staff enough for their knowledge
