6/4 Post review Update: The owner himself came and looked at our floors and guaranteed that they could be replaced and redone and still match. This was just completed and it looks great now!
We hired HFS to sand down our hardwood floors, replace several sections that were badly damaged and then refinish it all with a nice dark stain. To start I want to say that the office manager was amazing throughout and was the saving grace of the job. We had a few issues that came up during and after the work completed and they were great in sending workers back to fix the issues. The main issue we have though

How can you thank someone for going over and above in every aspect of customer service?
As the grandaughter, daughter, wife, & morher of veterans, I try to use veteran owned businesses. HFS was the first company to answer their phone. Rodney went out of his way to fit the floors I needed done into the schedule. Ace and Josh were professional at every step of the process. And, these floors are Beautiful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
