Almost 10 years ago Mick Elliott dove head first into the flooring industry. Working from the ground up he has established himself almost solely through handshakes and word of mouth, earning each job one referral at a time. After leaving his first partner company in 2013, he accepted the challenge of creating a flooring business all on his own.

We contacted Pioneer Flooring after seeing some of their work in the home of our friends. Mick is so knowledgeable about what works best offering flooring suggestions and pre-installation advise that saved us money and ultimately providing the best floor for our home. The guys from The Floor Corp did a great job on the installation and clean up. Our next improvement will be carpeting, and we will be using Pioneer. Thanks Mick!

Pioneer Flooring is awesome, they make carpet shopping simple and efficient with in home consultation at very competitive prices. Mick is a true pleasure to work with, flexible and dependable with a can-do attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customers are satisfied. He was instrumental in working with my insurance company to ensure I got the maximum coverage for my damage claim and minimize my out-of-pocket expense. Pioneer did an excellent job installing our new laminate flooring. Starting with Mick, he was very knowledgeable about products available and made helpful suggestions. Then Justin and his team did a wonderful job installing the floor. They were very organized . They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would/will definitely use Pioneer again if the need arises!

We recently purchased a home and worked with Pioneer Flooring to have all the carpet replaced. We had a very tight timeline to select the carpet and have it installed. Thomas met us at the new house within days of me calling them and within our narrow time restraints. His truck was full of carpet samples, and he helped us to select over a half dozen that we thought may work. Thomas then took these samples inside so that we could move them around the house to see what they would look like up against the different walls, hardwoods, and tiles in the house. We didn't end up doing business with Pioneer Flooring, not because of them but because our needs and project had changed. Thomas was extremely responsive to calls and messages and really knows his stuff. He introduced us to all types of different floors and was punctual to appointments. Some other flooring companies didn't even call back - Thomas did! I'd definitely suggest Pioneer Flooring and will be referring them.

Mick and his team provided us with first rate service and quality. We needed some carpet replaced, other rooms stretched and cleaned and a quote on some flooring. They were able to accommodate all, at a competitive rate, in a timely manner and most importantly, did a fantastic job. The team was professional, experienced and considerate.
